Best cusromer service ever! Had to get on the road but spotted a nail in my tire. Robertson got me going in less than 20 minutes wirh a plug patch and no charge!

Great customer service. He treats you like a person the way things use to be, before tech stopped the world in speaking to each other with their voice.
Soon vocal cords won't be needed.
Just fingers. Sad.
But, Robertson has real people face to face and they even still answer phones.
Won't need those in business soon. Lol

Quoted me $600 for new break pads and rotors, said that was a crazy price. Took my car to the shop on admiral and was quoted $400. Not every person in your shop is an idiot.

Tried to charge me $700 for brake pads and rotors for JUsT the rear end of my 07 Honda accord called a different ROBERTSONS they said $300 cheaper. Predatory business practices. Don’t trust these people.

I was able to run my car in 15 minutes before closing because the check tire light had come on in the dashboard and I was losing air in the passenger rear tire. Robertsons dealt with the hole that the screw had made and fixed my tire.

Brought in a car from Carvana that needed new wheel bearing hubs. Took a while to get it done but that’s not Robertson Tire’s fault, warranty company was kinda dragging their feet. Once repairs were approved, they were quick and simple. Communication was stellar throughout the whole ordeal, and I’m confident that had I not had to go through a warranty company, I would have had my car back within a couple days, rather than a week. Thanks Keith!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I went and got a an oil change, tire rotation, and stated that I had shaking in my steering wheel when braking on 10/15. I was called and told that my front and rear brake pads were at 2 mm and that my rotors were so warped that they could not be machined. I was also told that they only started doing multi-point inspections 2 months ago, which is incredibly concerning if that matter is accurate. I decided to take my vehicle to the dealership, the next day, 10/16, for a second opinion, and was told my front brake pads were at 4mm, rear brake pads were at 6mm, and my rotors did not need replaced, they just needed to be machined. When I expressed my concerns about the recommendation, when they were originally suggested, at Robertson Tire, I felt that my questions and concerns were dismissed, and the representative I interacted with, Gregory T., responded in a condescending and unprofessional manner. This experience left me feeling taken advantage of and disrespected as a customer. I’m sharing this feedback in hopes that future customers are treated with greater transparency and respect.

My wife got a nail in her tire while headed to an appointment and Robertson’s got her in and fixed it so quickly she wasn’t even late. And fixed it for Free! It doesn’t get any better than Robertson !
