I have seen many CRAs with policies that did not cover the exact, most common, type of risk for which they were buying E/O. Rooney has policies for the specialized CRA field and they are knowledgeable and helpful with my clients.

I was referred to Michael Burke through PBSA a few years ago. His explanation of the shortcomings found in most E & O policies for the screening industry made perfect logical sense. That became a reality when we were hit with our first nuisance lawsuit in 23 years of practice. The Rooney team was exceptional in every respect and as a result I highly recommend them, and specifically Michael Burke, when your renewal comes up. Don't put it off; it's going to be expensive but well worth it.

I reached out to David Truelock to assess my insurance situation and where cost savings and coverages could be assessed. In final review, Mr, Truelock and Rooney Insurance company were able to save me $5,929.30 with EQUAL or better coverage.
