It’s Ross! You can dress for less, but sometime Marshalls has it for less. Cool thing is these store are next to each other. Deals are to be had in the Hills.

Always love shopping at Ross. But today, May 17, 2024, was one for the record books. Whoever is in charge of staffing the Tulsa Hills location should be ashamed ? It was BUSY... around noon, and there was ONE employee working.. ONE! (the security guard doesn't count) That poor girl was checking out as fast as she could. There were probably 20 shopping carts in line. When asked if she was working by herself, she said yes, the other girl was at lunch. Now, of course employees need their lunch breaks... but there should have been enough employees to cover both the work schedule and breaks.. WHO runs a store the size of Ross with 2 employees on the schedule? We went to Marshall's right next door, after, and I counted no less than 15 employees...they overheard a few of us talking about the poor girl, and they said, Over at Ross? Ya, we hear about it all the time... Ross... DO BETTER! Not just from a customer standpoint, but EMPLOYEE standpoint. WTH?

This store is almost always a mess. I generally will not end up buying anything because the chaos of the racks is just overwhelmingly messy. The only thing Ross usually has going for them is affordability.

Customer service is severely lacking!! Today was my first time back since my original review and it still sucks. Sophie or maybe Sophia really hates her job. This is beyond apparent in her interactions with customers. Not one time did she smile,greet anyone who checked out or thank anyone. Normally who cares right,do your shopping and move along. However she made us so uncomfortable and acted like we bothered her just by breathing that we just walked out and and left our cart FULL with another employee. Sweetie if retail ain't for you just say that because without customers you don't get a paycheck!!!

Girlfriend left her house key in the Tulsa hills locations bathroom. Lady in front had an attitude when I walked in and asked. For what reason I don’t know. If you don’t like your job get a new one. Seems like management is the problems at this particular store, after seeing all the other reviews.
