The Manager Bridget is more concerned about guarding a door and yelling across the store than actually helping customers. They continue to under pay and under value employees who obviously don’t want to be there, the entire store is plagued by the horrible sound of 10 different security tags going off at once. I’d say it’s unexplainable how they just leave them buzzing but between the horrendously dirty isles and random bits of product all over the floor you can’t blame them all for just giving up trying to locate where the alarm is coming from.
I came to find shirts for work on a deal but the products continue to landslide down hill towards actual garbage which is complimented by horrible attitude towards customers.
The few dollars you’ll save here really don’t justify how gross this location is. Save yourself your sanity and stray far from this location.
I feel for the employees that have to spend hours in this store surrounded by the chaos, clutter, trash, and rude management.
Ross, Bridget, be better.

The manager working just before 5pm in Friday, April 11 was really sweet. There was a lot going on in the store, and she was handling everything beautifully.

I love shopping there. The only thing is they will have 1 or 2 cashiers with a long line of customers waiting. The store manager is up front goofing around instead of filling in and getting the customers checked out

I usually find great deals here. However I think I may be done shopping here. I made a large purchase yesterday, the store was not busy and it was very clear that I was paying for all of my items. An employee stops me at the door to receipt check me. This while I have my mother in law with me who's using a cane. Also legally I didn't have to stop. This has gotten ridiculous and people do not have time for this. Get better asset protection so those of us who are just shopping can shop and leave.

A couple of months ago I happened to talk to an employee at this store. I couldn't figure out why it was so disrespected by its patrons, why do people treat Ross so terrible. I love to go in there and find deals but so many people pick something up and are too lazy to put it back where they found it, were they drop something on the floor and don't pick it up. For goodness sake people, have some self-respect. All of the employees here work very hard!

Unorganized isles inside of walking area understaffed literally no room to walk or wait in check out line because there are no isles everything is just crammed in there

It has been quite awhile since I've been to Ross. I was already in the area and needed to get a vase.
I forgot how varied of good quality items they have and ended up grabbing some hangers and candy. Random items I wouldn't purposely go out and get but since I was there.
Store was clean, the staff and shoppers were friendly. Easy to get in and out.

I was in your store Tulsa, Oklahoma at the Woodland Hills store. Unfortunate had a bad experience. Customer service wasn’t any good. I needed a price check where items didn’t have a price the security guard told me to wait in line. I told him I had one item didn’t know if I wanted to buy it till I knew the price. And of course, the line was long. He suggested calling the manager and did so. When she came, which wasn’t quickly, she seemed bothered by my question. She understood the logic of not standing in line for one item that I wasn’t sure I wanted to have until I knew the price.
She walked away. She had no concern over my issue, problem or anything. She was extremely unprofessional for a manager, I would expect the attitude from a high school kid with no customer experience or education. So I left and went to your competitors. Burlington . Yes, I bought something there instead. Just thought you might be interested in knowing.
