Best Ryder service center I've been to. Everyone was friendly and eager to help. Tech was extremely knowledgeable and once the part arrived had me out the door in no time. If you break down in Tulsa make sure it's near Pike St.

As a delivery driver it's always makes my day easier with vehicle service whenever dealing with Ryder. The employees at this location are exceptional workers and incredibly courteous customer service. After spending over half a year coming to the location for vehicle service I would absolutely recommend anyone looking for service go to the Pine Street location.

I called the rental clerk before business hours ended. No answer. I call the next day at 8 (opening) and she's 15 minutes late. I made a reservation. Went to get it. She did not show. A person from another department just gave me a truck and key without all the info I needed. The trucks governor was keeping us 10 under the speed limit the entire 6 hour drive. I called to report but all anyone was trained to suggest was to take it to one of their nearest locations. The truck broke down an hour into the ride back. Called and talked to 12-15 different people with poor English explained my entire situation and relayed ALL my information repeatedly. It took two hours for them to locate my truck in the system. Then It took another hour to find us a sub. Very poor communication between locations and departments. They had me stranded for 4 hours. And said If the heater works, then I should just sleep in the truck until a "service truck" could come take a look at it. I had to pull teeth to get them to understand that I was needing help. Worst experience I've ever with a company.

After a devastating motorcycle accident my husband, a five year Ryder employee who has paid for short and long term disability the entire time, is having to fight to get disability owed to him. Due to Ryder’s “special” status he can talk to only one person who works with the provider and she doesn’t return calls. Not only is my husband facing months of recovery but we now have to worry about losing our home. He spoke with that rep on 02/23. She told him his claim was approved and he would receive short term disability through July. We found out today hit was approved through 2/24. His neurosurgeon estimates 12+ months recovery and we have no clue when we might be able to speak to someone to fix this.

Can't get anyone on the line for weeks and cannot get any updates! Wouldn't recommend to anyone ever. Stay away from this place!

Watched Kyryn walk away from the fuel island while I was parked there waiting to get fuel. I even called his name and was ignored. Eventually another employee came out and fueled me.

UPDATE... I previously left a negative review based on an experience that was due to lack of communication on both parties. Since then I have brought back my truck for a Federal Inspection, and a PM. These guys are on the ball! Not only was communication great, but the work was done in a timely manner. These guys are backed up with alot of work and are short handed. So let's remember that when we want what we want. THANKS RYDER!

30+ min wait for fuel. Seems to only happen when JR is off. Had 5 trucks in line with no employee in sight. Called the office when i arrived told get some one out.10 min later still no one. Called again to be told asap before waiting almost 20 min. Horrible fuel service when JR not there. Edit 45 min guy they sent out cant get the pumps working... Edit 2 almost a hour but i got fuel...
