Nightmare experience; ordered a custom jacket in October for holiday event the first week of December. Found out on December 17 that they weren't able to complete my jacket - in spite of having at least 10 confirmations that it would be complete by the first week in December. So, they failed... and weren't even forthright about it.

Exceptional service. Employees are very friendly and knowledgeable of the products. Unique concept chain that has a 2 in 1 store. Lots of variety.
