Great customer service, never have to wait on hold when calling to speak to a real person. Always filled my RX promptly. And they have curbside pickup instead of a drive thru which I find I prefer.

Best pharmacy in town. In addition to the services they offer, including compounding, they are the only pharmacy I know of that sells standard prescription medicine from reputable sources and the prices are reasonable, some even cheaper than chain pharmacy locations. The service is fast and friendly. I can't write enough good things to say about Saffa. The are simply outstanding. I switched all of my medications here.

Excellent service! Love the brick and mortar feel. Real mom and pop style. Super nice customer service. Accommodate me when I have a specific or special request. The ladies remember your name. Highly recommend.

Absolutely above and beyond, WONDERFUL, and helpful staff! After having several hiccups elsewhere, they were able to rush my medication in time for my treatment. I cannot express enough gratitude for how helpful they were in my situation and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in the Tulsa area!

Karla, contact me in lieu of me posting a review.Actually I have documentation that proves it was NOT my doctor’s mistake.Literally ONE word of profanity after 20 years of loyalty. The last 8 years (new management) have been very frustrating due to delays in getting my prescriptions filled, calls not returned, half truths and some actual lies. the only reason i found this pharmacy was because it was the first option on goodrx when i was going to buy my medication- so i got my prescription sent here. i was charged 26 dollars more than it was meant to be, and when calling later told they don't accept goodrx. Very frustrating,

My husband and I went in the girl acted like she didn’t want to be bothered. There was other options to what we were needing and not once did she offer. Another customer mentioned it and when i asked the lady she rolled her eyes and said “Oh yeah you can try that” ?..I don’t obviously expect her to know everything, but don’t get annoyed when we bring it up. Never coming back I felt mistreated honestly other ladies coming in we’re welcomed and greeted and not once did she greet us.

I used to give this pharmacy 5 stars, but am changing it to a 1. The old crew is gone. Replaced by people who are cold, uncaring and condescending. They do NOT accept Blue Cross, so I have always paid cash because I just loved the culture and customer service. No more. I dared asked a question about one of my drugs and was met with indifference , no...annoyance by the clerk. The days of feeling special and appreciated are gone now. I get better treatment at Wal-Mart which is surprising..
