On tour with a drum corps and needed a horn fixed asap. They got the job done in a few hours and had us on our way!

I love this place and the guy we dealt with was wonderful, I bought my clarinet from them when I was my daughters age and now we bought her first instrument through them and they are just wonderful!

Employee was asleep I had to walk around till I found her and then wake her up, UPDATE... after receiving message from corporate manager Kim things were resolved, and apology was issued to me. I look forward to a Great experience on my next visit .
