Went to Sally's at 15th and yale on a Sunday it was the worst customer service ever.walked in she was just standing there arranging straighteners on the table never a word . Found the shampoo I was looking for her comment was she didn't like that shampoo ,ok didn't ask you. Did ask her what she would recommend her comment was. "Anything on the shelf. That is not what you just said. Very rude. Wil never go back to that store.

Friendly helpful staff. Affordable. Convenient. They've changed the stores around offering fewer products, especially old reliable items that have been discontinued.

The woman working today (5/27/22) absolutely helped me find what I needed and was very nice. A great experience I wasn't expecting while grabbing hair dye. SHe was very knowledgeable. Good store, good workers.

Awesome place... never had an bad experience here. They do have issues keeping my colors in stock, but they do all they can to help me out with it. Customer Service is on point. Had a personal showing on how an item worked. Employee grabbed her hair tie from her purse and gave us a demonstration of how the item works. Grade A sale pitch!

Spent $70 on hair dye and wasn’t even told it needed developer washed it out and my hair came out the same color. I recommend not going here waste my money and ruined my birthday weekend!

I'm giving a two instead of one because checker #2 was really nice. Aestheticians of sorts often ask "Well, have you been to Sally Beauty." That's why I've been there infrequently. I've never found it to be an uplifting experience but a few Saturdays ago was inexcusable. I had a product to return. I walked in and since it was Saturday it (looked, because it's so small) was busier than during the week. There were two checkers. Both were busy. The one to my left was dealing with a mom, child & baby. I got behind the customer in the other lane. After waiting in line, I was up next. I barely stepped up to the counter and the girl held up her phone and stated she had a call! Stunned, I looked at them both and said "Where do you want me to stand." I mean, I was up next. By now the mom & kids were packing up to go. While I stood there in limbo with my jaw was still hanging open, checker #2 said "I'll take you". And the rest of the transaction went rather well. She was actually nice. I've been wanting to take the time to post this, hoping the manager would read it. "I HAVE A PHONE CALL". At *any* time is unacceptable, but on a busy weekend? With people standing in line awaiting service? Oh, I just saw the other reviews for this place. never mind. No one cares.
