Horrible customer service from whoever was working the front desk 9/12/23 @ 1:30pm. She was very short with me when I tried making a return. I had to repeat my form of payment 3 times because she continued to cut me off and spoke loudly at me (as if I was supposed to know the return process like the back of my hand). I’ve never made a return to Sally’s before and I didn’t appreciate her disrespect by not listening to my situation from the start and cutting me off numerous times.She quickly left the building after “helping me.” I felt blown off and like an inconvenience. I’m blown away by her customer service. That is NOT how you treat anyone. Especially a new customer. Will not return to this store location.

If you want a Sally’s to go to then this is the one! Tina Griffith’s the manager is AMAZING!!!!! Please don’t EVER take her to another store or let her leave! She is truly the BEST I have ever encountered in all of my years of going to Sally’s! She honestly deserves a good raise! Each time I go in there, all I have to do is tell her what I am wanting to do and she ALWAYS has the ANSWERS and the BEST ones @ that! She is VERY knowledgeable and makes sure that it is what is best for your type of hair! She ALWAYS lets me know about the Sales that are going on so that I can get the most for my money! I know that I can always depend on her and honestly get very sad if she is not there! I really look forward to her expert opinions and to be able to just sit and chat ( if she has time) with such a WONDERFUL Lady!!! Thank you Sally’s for getting her to run this store! She really does an EXCELLENT job in everything that she does! Like I said PLEASE don’t EVER let her leave!!!! You ROCK Tina!!!!

Nice location and nice store. I just didn’t care for the rudeness of the cashier I had especially when I didn’t ask for advice on my hair. I get that some employees are trying to be helpful, but if I expressed I wasn’t going to do something with me hair due to my personal preference, don’t pop back with “well hopefully it turns out”. You could have just rang up my items and let me leave without giving me attitude especially when I wasn’t rude to you first.

I walked into this store for the 4th day in a row looking for a particular product. When I walked in before walking through the aisle I ask the sales associate if their truck had come in she replied very shortly yes and said great did you get (product) she said I don’t know but you can go look. Needless to say I will never go back to that store I am a licensed professional so I really come to Sally’s for the convenience but obviously my business is not needed nor is it appreciated.

Went into this branch for the first time. I was asked if I needed help finding something. I then explained exactly what I was needing (a dip activator polish). I was then directed where the nail polish/supply is. I can obviously see where the nail supply is but I had asked for specific help finding a specific item so I asked again. She then told me she was "new to this" and couldn't help me. I'm shocked that someone who clearly does not have experience and clearly does not know how to help me find a very simple item is employed by a beauty supply store. I looked by myself for awhile without any help, when I couldn't find what I was still looking for I asked for help again, she told me someone else was ahead of me at this point and I would have to wait. Unbelievable. This will be the absolute last time I make the trip to this branch. Amazon will put places like this out of business.

Horrible customer service.I walked in and asked for something and the lady had no idea what I was asking for. Went to another one, asked the same thing and they found it.Talked down on me like I was ignorant. I’ll drive the extra 6 miles before coming to this one again.

Store manager has no customer service skills. Store is ok, but the store at Tulsa Hills gets my business from now on.
