Loved getting my hair cut by HS. She does a great haircut & shampooing is to die for! And what sweet, dear, pleasant gal. I Went back for highlights. There was a disconnect in what I wanted. Even though it was discussed & she brought 2 colors...Browns, Golden for highlights I thought to look at. Top of hair only got color. NO highlights.? I informed my hair pulled red. It really is more Auburn now. Not a fan. It's not ugly...it's just not what I wanted or close to. Noticed later I have no top or underneath highlights. I've had defined highlights for 12 years. Disappointed stylist didn't offer to work something out with me to help. She doesn't know I have actually cried over this; it's MY Hair! Now I have to find someone else to do my highlights & spend moreto get where I am comfortable with my hair color/highlights. Just a let down sadly. I so wanted this to be my hair place for years to come.

Haylee was late to my appt, hair product was not available but when we discussed it over my consultation the day before on the phone it was . I also had shown hair photos and told her every detail about my hair. I'm biracial , and she just simply refuses my hair services . You can deny my Yelp review but I will take this to the news station and report the situation to the news. You were unhelpful, never tried to help me with other products and it was very unprofessional and rude service . Customer service is listening to the needs and wants of the customer and striving to meets his requests in a polite and professional manner. Whether the service is offered in person, via email or over the telephone, a customer service representative must also help a customer identify needs that they might not have considered and anticipate possible future needs for the customer. It costs less to retain current customers than it does to attract new ones. Good customer service keeps customers happy. If needs go unmet, or the acknowledgment of a less-than-stellar product is lacking along with an attempt to satisfy customers, customers might buy from the business once, but will not return. If a company has to spend a constant portion of their operating budget attracting new customers, it can lead to a cash flow problem, which can be the death knell for a business. When offering customer service, the offer must be genuine. Business representatives must remember that without customers, the business would not exist, nor would their jobs. Customer service staff must remain polite and conciliatory, even when faced with an angry or rude customer. The representative must acknowledge the customer's concerns and find a way to rectify the situation. When a business is looking for customer service representatives, it is in the company's best interest to hire people who have compassion and the ability to listen along with adequate sales skills. Hayley is lacking customer service skills and it will not produce over the long haul.

I love this salon and my hair dresser! I finally found a place I feel comfortable in and truly enjoy going. All the staff are so friendly and professional. My hair is the best it’s been. My hairdresser Kimberlee has been patient and so helpful with my hair. Between her treatments and hair product suggestions I finally love my hair. I highly recommend Salon Di Vago to anyone that has been searching for a great hairdresser and knowledgeable staff. So thankful I found them ♥️

Kimberlee is an incredible talent. She has cut, colored, and highlighted my hair for at least ten years. She also takes care of my husband and Mom. Haley has cut my sister’s hair and did a wonderful job. I have had a manicure with Ali and she is awesome. If Kimberlee was not available, and I needed my hair cut or colored, I would feel comfortable using any of the stylists at Salon DiVago!!!

Had my first appointment with Haley today! She was so amazing! I have thick, long hair and she knew exactly what to do!! She even helped me learn better how to style it! Can’t wait to go back for my next appointment! The place was clean, staff was friendly and it was a great atmosphere!
