  Made loss of changes building has cleaned up a little with lost of rules for residents to follow. It is no longer an overnight stay for those with an emergency

  Better than before.
  But they still need to improve upon things. Joe is still in the front office. And the food is way better.
  Hot water and the family building elevator now works.
