The staff and Management were kind and understanding. When I brought the machine home it was pouring out water. I asked the management for an extension to return it they gave me one month to return it no other place would do what they did for me. I got a repair man out to fix it under my warranty. Turns out it was a crack in the pump line underneath. Probably damaged in shipping. Thank you for your patience American Freight. U are highly recommended.

Had a warranty replacement and there was some bumps in the process but speaking with Matt he made everything work out as needed and made the replacement process soo extremely smooth and quick. The store also looks way better than when I first purchased my furniture.
