Pete at Secure Care, 91st and Sheridan, was very informative and helpful when I rented my storage unit.
After just two months Secure Care increased my rent by $32.00 dollars from $108.00 to $140.00. I complained and they have not responded to me.

Attempted twice over past two days is visit my store at 4411 S. Sheridan. I have had a unit there for over 2 years. I wanted to pay a bill due today in cash, in person. Saturday hours posted 10am to 5pm. Sign on the door said closed and "sorry we missed you".This was not a matter of the store manager being there but "out on the property" which occasionally happens.I was unable to make my payment there so I went to another secure care store that was open. The store manager, Pete, was able to take my payment. He mentioned he has units available for $79. I'm paying $120 for my current unit. This, and the terrible service at my current storage location, makes it very attractive to make a move to 9135 S. Sheridan Tulsa, and let Pete take care of my storage unit needs. MC Tulsa

These guys are great. Bottom line. If you want to work with a company with integrity, this is it. I was always treated well, even when I vacated my unit. No attitude or negativity, they simply rock! I even received phone calls to remind of due payments in lieu of collecting a late fee and moving on. Thanks Pete!
