Rented a medium storage here left it unlocked because we were in the middle of running back and forth to fill the storage. They took it upon themselves to lock my storage ! I had a tv in the bed of my truck I was needing to put up it started raining and I could t get into my unit to put it away I now have a ruined tv and have yet been able to access my storage stillll because they are still closed!!! My things are my responsibility there should be no lock on my storage that doesn’t belong to me!!!

Rented a unit and supplied insurance and had a referral but they charged me full price. Check your receipts before you pay. Going back to get refunded.
