Renting the unit was very easy and was done in less than 15 min. The rental price is very reasonable and the manager is one of the most friendly and helpful person I have met. I am very impressed with the service and value that I have received.

So this is my first experience renting a storage unit.. and I have been happy thus far with them. I do have to say about 2 months in I seen a huge RAT going across from one unit to another.. when I looked to see where he went I noticed the worn away areas at the bottom of the unit he went in.. then I noticed that ALL the units have the same worn spots at the bottoms of the doorways.. on top of me paying the recent rent increase from $86 to $106 for an 8x10. On top of the expensive late fees... I've decided to put that cost for the next several months towards building my own building.. I just don't understand why such a big increase in price.. I highly doubt it's going towards rodent control because they seemed unphased when I told them they had rats.. GIGANTIC RATS! So now before I pay my rent I need to ask if they prorate for move out as they do when you move in. I sure hope so. It would be wrong if they don't. And I'm having trouble reaching someone on the phone to ask . I need to know before I get a late fee tacked on to this.. I shouldn't have to pay $106 if I'm moving out in a couple days..
2 stars currently.. 4 if they are happy to work with me and do not make it harder on me financially for deciding to move out .. to be continued.....

The guy behind the counter was VERY helpful and knew all the answers to my questions. He was detailed in his explanation about the storage unit and everything I needed to know was told to me.
