I had a wonderful experience with both of the employees that I had talked to the guy that got me set up for my storage unit and then the lady that I met when I got there she took me to my storage. She explained everything she showed me how to access the gate thank you so much. I will recommend you guys to my friends and family..

Spoke with Sam on the phone and she was very helpful. THEN I came into facility and James went above and beyond to help me. It was 100 degrees outside and he came to unit to help open and shut and to make sure I was alright. Then I had to go back to office and wait on a ride. AND my phone was about to die as I had no charger with me. He got me a chair and hooked up a charger for my phone. Who does anything like that!!! I am still amazed at the help and as I said James went beyond customer service.

The lady in the office was super sweet and helpful. I had bought a lock along with the monthly rate and some Insurance but was absent minded of the lock and she made sure to bring to me. The place is basic and in what I guess would be a commercial and some industrial warehouse and business area. Easy access off the hwy. Easy to find.

.... (edit: Since the new ownership quality has gone downhill. My rate immediately increased from 89 to 99. Then last month my rate suddenly went from 99 to 189. Almost a 100percent increase!! And they gave me no notice. Didn't even give me a refund. Only credit towards next month. If you're set up for autopay check your last payments! They will raise your rates with no notice

Storage space is good, accessible and not many people there at all in case you need to use some of the drive space for moving things out and organizing.
James who works there is amazing. Super helpful and very personable. Great guy, great service.

Hello I got my storage yesterday. And the associate Kinden (I believe that's how you spell it) couldn't of been more courteous and knowledgeable. And the storage unitooks amazing and well kept. Thanks Kinden! You da man!

Had to take a load to the storage and hopefully get extra boxes. James got me boxes and even went in the back to finish my order, as there were not enough in the display out front. He was very nice and accommodating even though it was 12 minutes before the end of his shift. Very good customer service.
