I was a bit disappointed during my recent visit. The staff were chatting quite a bit, and I could overhear personal conversations, which made the atmosphere feel a little unprofessional. When I asked one of the employees something, she seemed a bit irritated, which was uncomfortable. I think keeping conversations more private and maintaining a friendly, welcoming attitude would really help create a better experience for customers.

Sieh was very helpful. Although this location didn't have the product I was looking for, she was polite and guided me to the location where I could find it. I will not go to the Utica square location because the girl who answers the phone is disinterested in helping customers and would rather be on her phone. Sephora, as a whole, kept my business from going elsewhere for what I needed, entirely because of Sieh. I hope I spelled her name correctly. As I understand that there are no bonuses or commissions, if she asked me for a raise, I would give it to her.

I love this place, especially Alicia's attention, she is super patient, she gives good recommendations and helps you with everything, she is very informed about the world of beauty, especially she speaks Spanish ?

Dear Kohls,
If you had a problem with two people walking the store to waste time, you coulda just said that. No reason to do 2 security sweeps and have the workers split and follow us everywhere. I guess being the only black people in the store meant we wanted to steal. I did see alot of things I liked and want to purchase in the future. But the friendly customer service is definitely something you might want to work on.

I enjoy going to the location near my house. It's always clean and organize. most importantly, I really like they extended the hours to suit people who work late like in the restaurant industry, especially since CVS and Walgreens are no longer opened 24 hours. I extremely appreciate that they partnered with Amazon and Sephora. Returning items here back to Amazon is so simple, and the employees are very nice to you, even if they don't need to be....unlike the Amazon returns via UPS stores.
