Today my husband and I went in to find me a natural plant based make up and Alexandria was amazing she listened to what I wanted and help my find the perfect match she was so sweet and had amazing customer service I will definitely be back 😀😀

SEPHORA AT UTICA IS AWESOME! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE..... .To the obviously "African" American lady kimberly, That is just good customer service. You know, like when you go to car dealer and they dont leave you alone, its not because theyre racist, they just want to sell you a car. It turns out that in reality YOUR RACIST. I dont know why in 2024 yall gotta be so racist as to STILL IDENTIFY AS AFRICAN AMERICAN,I dont identify as German American. Same difference. And p.s. im white and i bet i get followed around stores more than you.....

Sephora at Utica. Approached and .helped me very much with foundation color..woodland hills did not care or notice me..who you hire for your employees makes a difference..if you don't have friendly people that say thank-you ect..you lose customers

It was my first time coming in this store and I was followed around by an asian lady who constantly would watch what I am doing. I finally asked her for help in seeing if there was product in stock and she ignored me and walked away. I was very disappointed about my experience and will not visit this location! Talk about racial profiling.

I love this place, they’re always so sweet, I’m treated like a little princess everytime I come in! The store is clean, and well stocked - if I need anything I just ask someone & they do their best to find it for me!

If you're African American they will watch you like an hawk!! I hate when people racial profile!! Worker comes to me while I'm in the line. I'm up next and it's one person who just got behind me. I asked the worker if someone sent her to me. She responds yes then cleans it up quick by saying I'm here to help clear the line. Lol It's only myself and 1 person who just got in the line. Racial profiling at its finest!! I will never go back there ever!!!
