Generally like this store because it's close to my house. But anytime the older white lady with long hair in a pony tail is working she feels the need to limit the amount of Gold Dutch cigarillos I am allowed to purchase.. Last time I checked I am an adult (47) and can decide how many I smoke in any given time. Her reasoning is other people buy them too..

Put a $20 hold on my debit when I pre paid for gas. Makes no sense,the pump stops at the pre paid amount, so the hold? Either someone doesn't know what they are doing or the owners don't give a shit about holding people's money for no reason. I now wouldn't trust them with anything, let alone my debit card again. Point is Shell there NEVER should have been a hold for a prepaid gas transaction.

9/14/24, Tulsa. In a fit of greed, the owners of this location have doubled the fountain drink prices. It's not a particularly sanitary or safe feeling location, and now, with them increasing prices, there's no reason to shop here at all

I use this store on an average of three times a week. Today I went in and the lady informed me there's not a public restroom. She was not courteous or nice. I've been coming for a few years now. It is time to upgrade your pumps! As of late, card readers down, shell app not accessible, and now poor communication. Don't accept my prepayment for gas, and then tell me that there's a leak in the line and I'll have to wait a while. You all should close pump #2 down (actually the whole southside). It is literally filling up at a cent a second. This is ridiculous. I will not return until you all upgrade your facilities.

Hardly ever a line for gas or inside.Not as many bells and whistles inside as QT, but they do have the NiTRO+ Premium Gasoline which they allege removes up to 100% of performance-robbing deposits to rejuvenate your engine's performance.4, not 5 stars because they always seem to be out of paper towels.

if you're looking for a place to leave with a smile then I suggest you go, even if it's out of the way, to visit this store! It's not only exceptional service, it's kid friendly, clean and often a place where I find something I didn't expect! (Way to go Charles and crew!! )
