Went into the Sherwin-Williams on Sheridan to purchase primer and wall paint. It was somewhat busy. There were 4 or 5 customers ahead of me. After a very short wait time a very nice lady named Gloria waited on me. She was very helpful and knowledgeable and helped me to decide on the type of paint I would need for the result I wanted. I also had the good fortune to meet Edgar, another employee at this store, who was kind enough to offer me a chair to sit in while I waited for Gloria to complete my order. I had a very pleasant experience at this store because of these two very considerate people.

This is my home store. I own a construction business and carry an account with Sherwin Williams and I prefer this store at 31st and Sheridan over most others. The staff here are friendly and they make a point to remember you. They are also some of the most well trained people I have come across. They are masters at matching a color for you And offer usable advice on the type of paint needed for the job requested. Store is often busy at 9am and noon, expect a wait of up to 30 minutes at these times to receive service or to even check out. Wide variety of paint related products but that is it, want a Coke?, go next door. Need a 1 1/2” oil cut-in brush?, this is the place.

Great paint at reasonable prices. They also have mis-tints, which are priced at $7 a gallon. It's best to ask about the mis-tints before buying anything. You'll save a time of money. There's another location in Broken Arrow with the same inventory and mis-tint items. Customer service is always above expectations. I've always been treated with respect. I recommend this place for both professionals and DYI-ers.

I love Sherwin Williams. They are good for my business. A lot of times when I tell people that I only use Sherwin Williams products it seems like a plus 4 me.Today I am applying helmsman spamusement spar urethane to some Cedar beams. I asked the Sherwin Williams guy if there was already a natural tint to the product. He said that as long as I am putting it on fresh wood then it should just show up clear. We will see if he is right.

Great customer service! I really appreciate that they keep records of what you buy, so that it's easy to purchase more... especially custom colors. They always offer to carry my purchases to my car, too.
