There were multiple people coming in & out of the store, and needing assistance. Casey handled each one with quick succession in a Friendly & Professional manner, including me. He was alone in the shop on a pretty busy evening and we had a printing order that needed to be done asap. He was so helpful with assisting us with the options and making sure it got done in the time frame we needed- while simultaneously doing several other tasks. Great customer service!”
“Thank you to Alicia for excellent customer service this morning! I came in just to make a couple copies and ended up shipping some Christmas presents, all in about 10 minutes!
While I was waiting for my copies, she informed me that it would take a few minutes and encouraged me to check out the store. I took the opportunity to start measuring boxes.
She offered to box up my presents and identify the right sized box for me and quickly rang up my order.
