Someone attempted to break into my storage unit sometime between Saturday November 8th and Monday November 10th. They only succeeded in rendering the door inoperable. I have been waiting for SecureCare to fix the door ever since. So, I have not been able open the door for almost three weeks. I'm paying $250 a month for a unit that I have no access to. All of my tools, equipment and supplies are in there and nobody at SecureCare seems to care.

Lilly is GREAT! She is informative and thorough! The unit was clean and the perfect size! The grounds are clean and easily accessible. The location is convenient and close to shopping and dining.

We buy abandoned storage lockers via online auction, most of the time traveling 50 miles or more from our home. So I guess you could say that we’ve seen it all!! Over the past 3 days we emptied 4 units all owned by the same company, and this was our first encounter with this company. 3 of the 4 locations around Tulsa were amazing, including this location!! (Avoid the Mingo Rd location, or see my review).
Staff, I think her name was Lily, was so nice and helpful!! She takes “great pride” in this facility, keeping the office clean and organized, and the complex looked clean and inviting. Everything was clean, no trash on the lot, and no items lying around. She could be seen monitoring the lot and not just “sitting in the office” like one of the 4 locations.
If we ever needed to rent a unit, we would not hesitate contacting Lily or this company.

I just rented a storage unit, but hesitantly. This property is not maintained well, AT ALL. It’s close to me and was a great price, but I will be looking for somewhere else that is more secure.

Do not rent here!!! They get broken into every night and do nothing about it! Just ask the guy at the front desk carrying a machete for protection. Moving out asap!
