I chose the storage because it was close to my house and the prices were reasonable. The manager was VERY helpful and professional. She addressed all my questions and concerns. When I rented a second unit and then found i needed a larger one, she helped me do an upgrade and saved me money in the process. Both my units are clean and dry. 10/10.

This location changed ownership/management a few years back. Signage has never been completed, rows and units are still not marked!, and they just keep raising the rates - yet another increase announced this month. I have been a long time customer, but it’s time for a change.

Clerk in the office was polite and courteous, easily understand when explaining certain details, when renting, answered questions promptly, and was more than helpful with getting everything set up. Was my first time renting a storage unit and was happy It was as easy as it was.

Decent experience, a bit of a rough start due to no one being on site during business hours and having to wait in 100 degree heat while we were trying to get the e-contract signed and reading the microfiche size print on my phone. I prefer more face-to-face contact and personal service, but we got through it and it’s close to home so not too bad.
