Renting the unit was so easy, the prices were great. The rest however is not so great...my unit 10x10 is located inside a 2 story building.. the temp inside said building is a balmy 90° and being on the 2nd floor isn't bad, right? It is if the freight elevator doesn't work. All the contents of my house up a very long flight of stairs in a stale hot 90° building... moving sucks

My unit was broken into. Filed an insurance claim but it was denied because the lock being cut was not enough evidence of it being broken into. Even though it was caught on camera

Visited the Sheridan 4400, where I'm am a previous customer. Today Elijah assisted me, he was inviting, friendly and answered all my questions with knowledge and confidence, a pleasure to work with on a frustrating day for me. He understood my frustration and was able to place in a unit that somewhat met my needs, Elijah thanks for being there and helping me get my car into a unit that is car friendly
