If you own a Mercedes, this is the only place you should have your vehicle service at!!!!
My husband and I have had both of our vehicle serviced at Smitty’s for the past two to three years and our vehicles seem to be running better then when we were taking it to the dealership.
Smitty is honest, reasonable And very knowledgeable!!! He treats his customers with respect, and the work he does is impeccable.
He’s a small business owner that truly cares about his customers!!!

I highly recommend Smittysbenzshop for Mercedes Benz maintenance work. He worked on my 1987 Mercedes Benz SL560. Smitty is very knowledgeable and thorough. He is also very customer oriented and reasonable on his costs.

Had purchased an used E350 and had come to the area to visit family. Unfortunately we developed an issue with transmission on the way up. Luckily we found
Smitty and had him check it out. First off, Smitty is super nice and honest, he serviced the transmission and we were able to make the 10 hour ride back. Would highly recommend Smitty for Benz work. Hard to find honesty combined with being a great guy.

Took my G63 to Smitty for first oil change and A service and I couldn’t be happier. He makes sure things are done right which usually doesn’t happen at a dealership. I’ll always take it here for maintenance. He’s also an amazing man. Not only did he do a great job on my truck I feel as if I’ve made a friend. I feel very lucky to have found him!!!

I have had my car serviced through Smitty’s ever since I had my E350. I always knew when my service would be completed and was always ready when promised. I called just for Smitty to check my car before I drove across country to make sure I was good to go since I was driving over 800 miles. Many shops can not allow this type of customer service especially drop ins. He checked everything for me and tapped off everything for my trip and told me what to expect for my regular annual service coming up. Awesome customer service and always professional and with a smile, consistent follow up even in replacements or repairs. I will continue to bring my car to Smitty’s. The prices are more reasonable than most Mercedes service shops in Tulsa which is a plus.
