Online ordering doesn’t exist and hasn’t existed at this location for months. This Google map listing is inaccurate. Don’t rely on Google maps for this location. Update 4/11/2024- this sonic does not honor corporate deals, buy one get one entree. Ordered through the app, went to the drive through they charged me for the full entree, corporate highway robbery. Unethical. Don’t eat here.

Told the drive thru worker, no tomato no Mayo. “No tomato, no onion” had to correct her, then she says no onion no Mayo, correct her again. Pull forward and pay $10 for a sandwich with tomato, no onion, and Mayo. It takes effort to perform any task this poorly.

They were very busy and appeared to only have one carhop on duty. There was a significant wait to order and to recieved our food, but our order with several modified items came out perfectly.Dietary restrictions: My sister is allergic to gluten and while they didn't have a good substitution option, they did manage to leave all of the allergens off of her order, which is apparently harder than you'd think for a fast food place to manage.

This is ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SONIC IN TULSA.. I've been here several times and it's the same dissatisfing results everytime. I order the same thing everytime. I ask for fresh mozzarella sticks and the people that work here act like they don't want to do there job when I'm paying my HARD EARNED MONEY. Everything should be made to order it take 5 mins to drop fresh mozzarella. I order a drink I'm paying for 80 percent ICE and 15% cup 5 percent beverage!!! I am tired of this place! Get new non lazy staff!

After a 2 hour drive stopped to grab food for dinner and they didn’t turn there mic off and with an attitude one lady said to another person can you just help this person I’ve got to go do something then ignored us so we had to just drive off these stores used to provide a great customer experience now just stuck with whatever you get stuck with I guess

Ordered on the app, checked in at the stall and my order came up, then it said delivered in the app. I waited 5 minutes and then called through the speaker to ask about the order. They said they didn’t have it in their system. I said it was in my app, I had paid for it, but they said there was nothing they could do about it. So I am still charged even though they didn’t deliver; it was only a flavored water, but what if I had a whole meal and would have been out even more money. Terrible service.

We have given this place chance after chance. Our order is 100% also wrong. Finally fed up enough after the 4th-5th chance, we ask for it to be remade. It was wrong again. Never close to what we ordered. Today we tried the order online but it was not working. So we order through the drive thru making sure to ask if we can still get the 1/2 of price. Mainly for drinks. No problem. Online our price was $16.03. At the window it was $28. We asked if the 1/2 price was honored and the manager was very rude. Made no effort to come to an agreement or be nice about it. Definitely our last time giving them a chance.

Ordered at 8:45 and waited 20 min for my food through the drive through. Now, I would assume that the food was being made somewhat fresh due to the time it took. Jokes on me. Got our food and I would guess that my food was made probably around 6pm. It was garbage. I know that it was all my fault choosing Sonic in the first place, and believe me, I won’t make the same mistake twice. But if you read these review, don’t waist your time with this location.

Down to probably 3 functional stalls. You have to download their app and give them your information for a cheeseburger. Then there's the drinks. Probably 2 fl oz per cup and the rest will be ice. Unbelievable.

15th & Lewis sonic would not take an order through the app. The person taking the order said they don't run the app, so its not their problem. They charged me full price. Thankfully, the server delivering the drinks realized it was wrong and corrected the order, so she got the bigger tip. Training needs to be improved at this store!
