Slow and rude staff. Ordered on app and had to wait about 15-20 min. A few minutes after checking in, the screen showed our order was on its way. Waited 5 minutes and called in with the red button, was told that I ordered popcorn chicken and it takes 5 minutes to cook. I was asking why it showed my order was on the way 5 minutes ago, but I kept rudely being told they had to cook it.When our food finally came, the hostess handed my food over with a scowl, didn’t verify the order or offer any sauces. The popcorn chicken was in fact, not hot or fresh, and we were missing items from our order. Tried to call back in and nobody would answer the red button.I’ve come to this location for 15+ years, I will not be back.

Sonic has always been a fav for me. I live the whole set up with the drive in order stalls. Th3 food is most of the time terrific.

I asked for a number 2 just the burger and when I got it there was nothing on it but meat and cheese and it wasn't even hot . I'm done with this

Sonic is our usual Tuesday night dinner because it’s convenient and it’s half price burger night. I always order on the app, we were just across the parking lot so I waited about 10 min after I ordered to go to the restaurant. We will start off with the positive which is the food was good and correct. Something hard to come by in the fast food world anymore. The service no so much. We pull up to drive thru a few minutes before our designated pickup time, one maybe 2 other customers on the lot. We waited 15 min for our food and the teenager running the drive thru had the vocabulary of a 2 year old. I don’t complain unless it’s unacceptable and it was in this case. Didn’t complain to the restaurant since it was in bixby and we typically don’t go to that location. Other than that food was correct and fresh.

Ordered across the street from the app. Got there, pulled in a stall n checked in on app. Waited 20 minutes til all cars left n pressed the button,no answer. 5mins later pressed again and someone said sorry we don't take orders on that side due to rain. So I pull to drive thru speaker. 5 mins later no answer, n noone in line so I pull to window n wave at person. Tell her my name and finally get my food after 35 mins waiting for it.

we were the only people in line are food was took forever and was burnt or hard as can chew didn't give us a fork for the cheese Coney didn't give us straws didn't give us ranch or marinara for the cheese balls or cheese

They have amazing pickle fries. Omgosh they need to keep them year round! Everything else was also delicious but I could go for more pickle fries alone!!!

I had 10 minutes to spare on my way to work so I figured I had time to stop and get breakfast for once. I was the only car in the parking lot and I sat in the drive through for 5 minutes, got no acknowledgment that I was there. Tried a stall and wasted my other 5 minutes there without anyone saying anything to me.

Sit here for 30 minutes watching people go through the drive thru. This is a new location I don’t understand how it can be this bad from the get go.

I’ve visited this Sonic almost everyday for the past ten years but will no longer. The drink prices doubled a few days ago making QuikTrip a better choice.

A Very bad customer service, they even didn’t ask or tried to see what I want, I asked for an empty cup, they charged me extra almost 2 dollars and brought another cup of coffee ☕️ and I repeat my order,Not have me a spoon or stick to move itAll bad, really bad, also the vibes.I returned the coffee, they even didn’t asked me what happened if I wanted the money backI am completely disappointed

12 minutes to get two chicken items. Requested catsup, but none received. Employees were busy gabbing with everyone.....loudly. never even apologized for the wait.
