My unit in Okmulgee was broken into and majority of the items were stolen and what wasn't stolen was damaged by water because of a leaking roof , which I called previously reporting the leaking roof. Arborstone forced me purchase renter insurance at $12 per month along with monthly rent. Safelease denied my theft claim because i didn't have proof of purchase on items that were stolen or have pictures of the same items. I called Arborstone for help and was told that Safelease is a third party vendor and have no influence. My water damage claim was denied for the same reason, no proof of purchase or pictures. I provided a list of replacement items for both claims. The max amount they will cover is $2000, and they say that covers replacement value. I have tried to communicate with Safelease but can only do so through email and DM, I called Arborstone directly asking for assistance and all they would do is send me a brochure with contact email for Safelease.
I would hope that somebody from Arborstone would reach out to assist me in this matter, even if you blame in on Safelease you require tenants to purchase that useless rental insurance. Safelease doesn't care but Arborstone should, your vendors are a reflection of you and your business practices. I will make sure to tell everyone I know not to use Arborstone.

Quickest and easiest rental I have ever had. Kelly was awesome. Very knowledgeable and courteous. I will look for an Arborstone location anytime I need to store in the future.

Unmanned. Not alot of manuevering space. Security cameras inside and outside building. Speed bumps help deter speeding. They do have a curfew on when you can be on property. Adequate light for most parts of property, except inside storage units. They provide gate codes that are easy to remember and a door code if your renting indoor units. A little pricey for the size of the units your renting though.

I had a climate controlled unit it was clean they furnished a dolly for easy loading lots of cameras and nice temp. inside
Coded entry doors as well as main gate. The monthly fee wasnt bad and stayed the same for over 2 yrs.overall a genuinely good place that i highly recommend

This place forces autopay, then tacks on extra charges and then cannot refund money when you call to complain. They’ve done this 2 months in a row saying I need to upload documents to their website, which I’ve done twice now, but they still won’t refund. And the gate code situation is absurd. This company is so shady, find somewhere else.

It was great until as a paying customer i was harrased by whom i assume is some sort of security on property. He came out a side door and without presenting himself whatsover deanded i tell him my unit number andmy last name. He then implied that he could get into my unit which isnt true. I think he believes me to be homeless.... his words verbatim were "now i know your unit and who you are, ill get in to check whenever i want" He would have to cut the lock. So after week 3 of renting, I've been harassed, judged, and my property threatened by a worker at the faclity. whom when i called to complain the woman on the phone couldn't even tell me his name or if he even works for. I pay.... i should he treated with respect. If i dont get an apology from the man ill he switching companies at the end of the month. This was a disgusting experience.

Paid online because I needed to move stuff in today (Sunday) and wasn't given a gate code at checkout. Now I'll have to wait another week because I have to call the office on Monday.

Was told gated with pin access. Gate is NEVER CLOSED. Never had to use pin once. When canceling, lady was super rude and inconsiderate. Don't waste your time or money here!
