I was at South Park storage for seven years. Everyone there was always courteous and very helpful. The storage was always kept clean and they were always responsive to any need that I may have had. It was great working with Skylar the manager!

Horrible. Leaking roofs and housing rats in storage units caused damage to our property. They call and harass you stating rent is late when you pay six months in advance and aren’t late. They harass US veterans and women. Because of current management, they lose business who have been paying in
Advance for several decades. Skylar is an embarrassment and is causing them to lose business.

I wanted to clean out my house for the new year. So a few days ago I signed a lease with SouthPark because they’re locally owned, facilities are clean, and Skylar is a gem.
My husband and I loaded our cars and drove to the facility, only to find we were locked out because the keypad was completely unresponsive. We called the emergency number and to management’s credit, they called us back within minutes, but to say that help was unlikely until the next day.
I’m paying a lot of money a month for a certain level of access. During a rare day off, I tried to move belongings into my unit and couldn’t access
it, no fault of my own. How many
more times will I drive all the way over here and not be able to enter?
Overall my experience is ok but so far, I don’t feel like I’m getting what I’m paying for.
