Checked maps ap to find out if they were open today. Ap said OPEN! I'm sitting here in the parking lot, IT'S CLOSED . Geez is that hard to update your info. I've been a business owner so I know it's not a big deal to make sure the public knows you hours.

Southern Agriculture sent a letter in the mail with their name and return address of 5601 E. 71st. Tulsa, OK 74133 with their phone number (918) 488-1993 with coupons with my name on them. When I made the grave mistake of calling the phone number with the intention of purchasing the product someone named Autumn answered the phone and in a rude condescending scary tone of voice told me that they never sent that to me OK I have an envelope with US postage PAID stamp that is evidence of the fact that they did. Then Autumn proceeds to beat me down, argue and insist she is right with her false narrative stating the mail did not come from them. The level of hostility towards me was absurd considering the fact I was treated like a criminal for making the mistake of calling them to purchase a product. When I called her out on her unprofessional conduct Karen err I mean Autumn threatens me with getting a manager. Then the manager Mason gets on the phone and defends the horrific customer disservice that I received and continued disseminating the false information that I never received that mail from them (even though it has their business name, address and phone number on it). He then proceeded to argue with me about it then said he didn't want to "PISS" me off. I called him out on his filthy mouth and told him never to speak to me like that again to which he retaliates. He escalated his argument with insisting that he was right in telling me that their store did not send the mail to me and I defended my self by stating how was any of this my problem. He literally told me to call the manufacturer of the products and tell them not to put on their mail the return address to their store and I responded "You are not my manager and I'm not your employee and you don't tell me what to do" . I mean could this situation with Southern Agriculture get any crazier. I reached my breaking point with trying to make sense out of Masons nonsense and hung up the phone on him. I don't trust this business or anything they send to me in the mail or tell me on the phone. When I think about this place the word unprofessional bullies comes to mind.

Love the the ability to wash my dog at this location. It costs $10 for 10 minutes- it always clean and they provide clean towels to help dryl off your pet. My puppy likes their bulk dog biscuits - I always buy them after I was my dog. Very reasonable . The folks that work here are always very friendly and make a fuss over my dog.

Took puppy today to get his shots and the female vet was absolutely horrible. We had questions she wouldn't answer, acted like we were a bother and like she didn't wavy to be there! She said our puppy was under weight, just a real nasty person. Will NEVER EVER go back to this nasty place, rude arrogant female ver that didn't seem to care about my puppy. Do NOT use their vet services ever! It is cheap for a reason. Hateful employee. Wouldn't take my snake there.one star for decent parking.place is crap

They are unorganized and offer no help finding things they have reptile terrariums on 3 different isles and they watched me walk in circles for 10 minutes. I'm starting to understand why people buy things online instead of in stores

Love the self-serve dog wash! It's super easy to use: use a credit/debit card - $10/10 minutes. You can even choose to disinfect the tub before your dog climbs in! My "pony" is very large, and it was absolutely worth TWO rounds (20 minutes/$20) to not have to bend over and deal with the mess at home of dog hair and wet towels! With the initial "Soap" setting, water is between 95-99° coming out of the hose nozzle in "fan" pattern, with shampoo already in it! It saturates the coat really quickly and comfortably. The second setting is "Rinse." Additional options include conditioner, de-flea, and then a low or high blow-dry option of warm air from a vacuum hose mounted within the bathing area.As you can see from the photos, there is a very large digital display behind the bath that shows the amount of time remaining. Clean towels are also provided to finish up a bit of drying of your pup.Perhaps the best thing of all is the location of the bathing area: it's located in the "gift items" room, which is out of sight and away from distractions, which really helps keep the bathing beauty calm. There is a "bar mat" on the floor so the human doesn't slip, and the base of the tub is coated with a nice, thick, non-slip coating for the comfort and safety of your pet.

Although I currently do not have a dog, I did find cute and fun dog calendars that are unique from other stores.I used to shop at this store when I did have a dog, and I could bring him in.This particular store is large and accommodates many different types of pet toys and needs.I'm glad to have stopped in again. Miss my boy.

I drove 45 mins to this store after being told if a fish died I could return it with a water sample. So I brought a water sample with me and they refused to return the fish. I drive 45 mins to this store constantly and have easily spent over $350 at this store. Half the employees know me by name. I’ll make sure that the aquarium clubs in Tulsa know as well. You have lost a loyal customer and many more.

Probably a great store to shop in person but their excessive shipping fees make it it downright outrageous. Any other source on the interned is more reasonable. If you buy a case at a time (12cans) the savings is over $1.00 per can on Amazon! The come off as looking reasonable when doing an internet search, but when finalizing the purchase the cheapest shipping method was $48. Are you NUTS??!! Never again will I even consider you as a pet source. If you have money to burn this could be your place, otherwise pretty much anyplace is going to be more reasonable. This place should be ashamed of itself for selling at loss leader prices and then gouging on shipping. Buyer Beware!

First time using the vaccine clinic but not likely to return. Employees declined to provide a disabled veteran a chair although it was evident this person had an unsteady gait and was in pain. 20+ minutes in line with an empty chair visibly in site. Learned other locations provide a chair when needed but not at 71/Sheridan.

Took a dog in as a foster that had a three year rabies history in good standing. I took him in to be revaccinated at Southern Ag . Just discovered the rabies is a one year rabies vaccine. All vaccines are the same. It is how pharmaceutical wants to market. No difference between a one, two, or three vaccine. It’s same.Never would have gone there to get one year vaccines. It’s how you used to spot greasy Vets, if they charged you more for a three year than a one year. Then get you coming back after the initial booster. All of their vaccines are one year at Southern Ag. They post it for good reason. Caveat emptor!

Today I had a great experience at the store located in 71st Street and Sheridan. The staff there is very friendly, and they go above and beyond to assist customers. I bought dog food, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received.Firstly, I would like to express my gratitude towards a remarkable employee named Shannon. From the moment she saw me, she greeted me with a smile and asked me if I need any help. I bought two bags of dog food, each weighing 40 pounds, and Shannon was extremely patient and helpful throughout the entire process. What impressed me the most was Shannon's dedication to customer service. Despite the weight of the bags, she carried both of them to the shopping cart for me. She then went the extra mile and pushed the cart to my car, loading the bags into my trunk with care. It was clear that she genuinely cared about making my shopping experience as convenient as possible.During our conversation, I discovered that Shannon had prior experience working with horses. She shared that it took her several months to develop the strength and capability to lift such heavy bags. Her passion for her job were truly inspiring. Her love for serving customers was evident through her joyful demeanor and constant smiles.Shannon is undoubtedly my hero. Her commitment to providing outstanding customer service is truly commendable.Overall, I highly recommend this store on 71st street and Sheridan. The friendly atmosphere, coupled with the helpful and dedicated staff, makes it a fantastic place to shop. If you're lucky enough to meet Shannon, you'll witness her amazing service and contagious enthusiasm firsthand. I'll definitely be returning to this store for my future needs!Thank you, Shannon, and the entire staff at this store, for creating such a delightful shopping experience.

Been shopping here for years and have been on a program where if you buy a certain amount of bags of food, you get one for free. I’ve always had the choice of which bag I got for free up until today. Manager working claims the company chooses which bag you get for free and it’s the cheapest one. Never have I ever had this problem and at this point I don’t want to shop here anymore. I spend hundreds of dollars a month here so you’d think the customer would have their choice.
