The really short older lady in charge that wears glasses did my shellac manicure. They look TERRIBLE. My nails were long so I wanted to get them done so they would stop breaking and she FILED them so much that they are short, the shellac is so uneven it's on my skin, I can't even fix it myself without ruining the polish, she didn't clean my under my nails, or have me wash my hands and scrub under them. Just everything about them are terrible. I will be going back and they better give me a new set with someone else doing them for free.

I wish I would’ve read the reviews first. Do not go there! The pedicure by the man was great but he left my toenails too long so I told them about it and they trimmed them but left them misshaped and unfinished. Then I asked for a shellac French tip manicure and she didn’t ask me how thick or thin I wanted my French tip and then when I said it was too thick, she filed my fingernails down instead of using the polish remover to shorten the thickness of the white tip, therefore making my nails shorter and stubbier! I’m hugely disappointed! And then, she cut my manicure session short and didn’t even finish the massage or hot towel part so she can work with another customer and just gave me $5 off, without even asking me if that was okay! They were really nice but I’d never go back there! They also left residual nail polish on my skin and then said it’ll come off later since she put cuticle oil on it. These are the pictures 30 minutes after my $85 appointment.

Great service by a gentleman & I’ve been here before. I usually pay $30 for a manicure with shellac. The owner tried to charge me $38 & I called her out & she said it’s always been $35. I say in her system it said $30 manicure shellac & $35 French manicure shellac. I did not get a French manicure. Very unprofessional & greedy to try to change the price every time when I’ve been paid $30 in the past for the same service. I paid $40 to tip the man $10 but I guess he only received a $5 to her greed. It’s just $5 but it’s about the principle of honesty for the service you are providing

Lo siento, si hubiera 0 estrellas, se las pondría. Me lastimaron, me hicieron sangrar y aunque le pedí a la señora que fuera delicada con mis pies, fue muy tosca, no así su actitud, ella fue amable. Tuve que regresar al otro día porque no había quedado satisfecha con el trabajo, me volvió a lastimar!! Definitivamente no regreso a ese lugar!!

The worst nail place I’ve seen. Went with my mom to get our nails done. Mine had small issues on every finger but not very noticeable. (Not in photos) but my moms were TERRIBLE. I didn’t see until we left. The lady was telling her how the last last did a bad job. (They didn’t) She wanted to keep the length and the lady filed them down a lot. They’re all different lengths. Honestly anything that could be wrong with them is. They obviously try to rush through each customer. No music playing or tv on. I was going to get a pedicure but decided not to after the lady wouldn’t listen that she got color in the clear area of my nails.

Really enjoyed my pedicure, It was very nice inside and clean. They were very kind and friendly staff and didn't rush the pedicure . Very hospitable!! I recommend and will be back !!!!!

This is the only salon open after I get off work and usually they do a good job but last night I used the guy named kahanh and he ruined my nails. I have real not fake and I asked him to remove my previous powder dip job before putting more on. Instead of removing them like a professional he peeled them off causing a lot of pain and damage to nails. They still hurt 12 hours later and one has already broken because they're so thin and brittle even with the nail dip which he did not do thick enough. So angry never goin back and I usually don't complain or leave bad reviews

I really like the place very welcoming and friendly like that they were gentle but didn’t like the pushiness on wanting us to purchase extra products also there nail polish has to be very cheap oh yeah and they charge me extra for suppose to be shellac polish clearly it’s not. Me and my husband went on 1-7-24. It’s not 1-10-24 and my polish has chip off tremendously and very un please with the place. Please do better and stop being so cheap on product and put back in your business the quality of your work and product would increase business

I suggested this place to my friends for our Aunties day out. I'm embarrassed that I took them there. A few years ago, I used to go see John every couple of weeks, but he must not there anymore. The place has gone to hell.I got my gel polish on Saturday afternoon. It was not busy at all. Two different people did my nails. One man manicured and a lady polished.During the first coat of color, she did not wait for the full cure time before grabbing that hand again and applying another coat. Unfortunately, when I woke up Sunday morning I had huge bubbles in all of them on my left hand. After my shower, I noticed a huge chip missing. Will not be going back.

This place is so bad. Customer service is awful. The nail techs are not gentle with you at all. Do not recommend.

I would give zero starts if it was an option. Got pedi and dip nails. I have Never had dip nails pop off but 2 of these have in less than 1 week. Nail polish gone from toes in less than 1 day. Over priced to start with. People were polite.
