We have used these storage facility for 2 almost 3 years. We have not missed a payment and the one time we pay with cash our payment goes missing and we are told we can not speak with upper management regarding our complaint. Now we owe a double payment before we can access our unit.

this place is trash! DO NOT RENT A UNIT FROM HERE! they don't train staff appropriately and the person, Hope, who is the manager is as useless as wet tissue. she is rude and likes to yell at customers and then hang up in their faces. they've apparently have had roof issues for at least a year and didn't inform any of their clients. instead, when I told them my items are now covered in black mold, she says, WELL YOU SHOULDVE TOLD US THIS MONTHS AGO! that tells me that she knew

Most cost-effective & best place in town to rent a storage facility. Co-owned & Managed by the nicest guy ever. Also Mgmt lives on site which only strengthens security.
