One of their drivers came into my lane without a blinker nearly sideswiping the frontend of my truck! When I tried to use one of the email addresses on their website, it came back as not valid and that the email could not be delivered! They need to screen their drivers better! This is not the first time I have seen one of their delivery vans not using blinkers to signal lane changes or turns!

First, I NEVER write reviews. But my experience at Spectrum midtown deserves one. I’ve used this location several times, for several different projects/whole exterior and interior home repaint etc and have always had a good experience. However, the customer service I received from Vanessa last week was extraordinary! She went above and beyond trying to help me tint a Romabio Venetian glaze that you can’t even get in Oklahoma. There were multiple aspects that proved to be challenging, and she was up for challenge. She took great care color matching, had to mix by hand due to the container size, and nailed it! She collaborated with me and valued my opinion, which is a rarity these days with customer service. I truly hope you know how valuable she is for Spectrum!

Trying to figure out paint colors for 3 bathrooms is not easy! The Manager at Spectrum Paint, Vanessa made the whole procedure a whole lot easier. She helped with communication with my painter, she is bilingual( super helpful). Was willing to make as many sample colors as I needed to figure it all out. She was extremely patient with the whole process as well.
Thank you again Vanessa. I truly appreciate your kindness and willingness to help. Remodeling is a very hard job. It helps when you have someone like Vanessa on your side.

I have been using Spectrum for all of my painting needs both personally and professionally. As a designer, I can always count on Vanessa to be incredible at matching paint and creating new paint colors. She is the best I have ever worked with. Their customer service is always amazing. Highly recommend.

Vanessa was very helpful as were the other workers. Got a bunch of free mistints over the summer that the manager let me have. They also tinted it for free.

When you pick up to call a paint store for help, more often than not the phone rings and rings. When I called my local Spectrum paint store, they not only picked up the phone but went to great lengths to assist me. Not only did Israel and Kenny give me the cell phone number for the store to send photos of the paint from our home to figure out exactly which paint I have but they made phone calls prior to my arrival to figure out the paint. Kenny, the Asst Mgr at the store was amazing! He took customer service to a new level. Huge plug for the store in its organization and stock. Bottom line, I’d you need anything paint related, go see Kenny and Israel at Spectrum Paint on Peoria and 46th in Tulsa! Thanks guys, I’ll be back!
