This bank is technologically archaic, has poor attention to detail, and lousy customer service. They were incapable of giving me a login to take care of my mortgage payment online, so I had to mail them a physical letter - in the Year of Our Lord 2022 - to accomplish this. Then, not only did they take the money out on the wrong day, they took it out in the wrong month! I basically never give bad reviews, but this has been a bad experience beginning to end. They didn’t even bother to contact me about my mortgage having been moved, causing all sorts of headaches to even pay it last month where I had to physically mail them a check (to their embarrassment).

The bankers at Spirit Bank are professional and personal. Spirit is a locally owned bank and treats all Tulsans with respect and professional courtesy. I highly recommend them as they well get to know you and support your financial efforts whether it be a car loan or help with your business.

I have had numerous issues with my family's loans from the outset and have never felt that our business was valuable to Spirit bank. My requests to speak with supervisors or attempts to resolve my customer services issues ALWAYS fell on deaf ears with Danny Williams. The Once the wheels finally came off the trolley, I was contacted by Mr. Lee who is attempting to resolve the situation. For now, my review will remain a 1 star - but I will give you an opportunity to fix the issues.

I wish there was a no star option. Worst banking experience of my life. Terrible hours, terrible customer service, poorly organized. It is like they go out of their way to be inconveniencing. Don't waste your time or money.

Tellers were painting their nails and walked away from the counter when I approached. The lack of professional behavior and appearance didn't inspire my confidence in this branch.
