Signed in, sat waited, I never got called, while others got theirs done, they left me no choice I left after being rudely ignored. If you're a veteran or military family of any kind These girls at Sports Clips Definitely Hate You. These girls who cut hair here are arrogant, conceited, and waste people's time, they only care about themselves. They All Earned Negative -5 stars.

I have LOVED Sports Clips in the past. Michael, on 71st Street in Tulsa, instead of listening to me about scissors only, as I closed my eyes for the obligatory spraying of the hair, rushed in with clippers and shaved half of my head. I was PISSED! I called him out (calmly) and said he had to even it up. We barely talked knowing I was pissed.
Michael, you need TRAINING not to do haircuts YOU want to do and what the customer WANTS to have! Learn the Sports Clip's Way!
TWO WEEKS LATER...what are you supposed to do about that???

Ashley was so kind to my grandson, Theo. He is 7 yrs old and very opinionated! Ashley handled him like a pro. He really wanted a hot towel and she let him have that experience. Safely! We will be back!

Gone here for 10 years, always a great tipper. Got the runaround for trying to make a simple return of a product ridiculously overpriced. I was promised a call from the manager/owner to clear this up. It’s been over a month. No call. Never going back and won’t seek any of their other locations. Major fail on Basic customer service for a longtime loyal customer.

The haircut I got was so bad I can't participate in the party that I had planned I asked for a mid fade and got the bald side and she left the top horrible.

Showed the stylist a photo of the style I wanted and got nothing like it. Really didn't like the haircut but I bit my tongue and left. I send a pic of the cut to a group of friends and they all agree its bad so I show back up a few hours later to have the cut redone. I'm greeted by the same stylist and tell her I wasn't happy with what I got and would prefer a buzz cut she then tells me she'd have to charge me again, I tell her that's ridiculous. The manager steps in and agrees the redo should be free. In the end I still paid $70 for a simple haircut and a bad experience.

Lady did not follow directions made me feel really uncomfortable the way she cut my hair after I told her that is not what I asked for and she said yes it is she pretty much cut my hair one size I was like @$/& the #<<$% is that she said your hair cut after I told her she said do u want use razor ? I said no one ever cut my hair with razor was not happy made me look like fool

Awesome! Well managed and great customer service at this location, definitely my new go to spot. Kristin gave me a great haircut and did it with a smile. All around great experience.
