I was the only person in the store and there were 2 girls working. I started wandering around the store looking at phones. Eventually one girl comes up to me and asks if I have an account with them. I said yes and gave her my name. I told her that I'm thinking about getting a new Galaxy phone. She points in a general direction and says "Galaxies are over there." and walks off. I go to look at the phones and was very disappointed with the selection. I did find one that I was interested in though. I played with the phone for a few minutes thinking the girl would come back to at least try to sell me the phone. She didn't. Nobody did. I eventually just left without a new phone.

Very crowded. Took 2.5 hours to get service. Once I got service he was nice, efficient, and quick. What was truly upsetting, a little girl wasn't allowed to use the bathroom after waiting with her family for hours. Children, the elderly, and the disabled should be treated with respect and compassion.

The gentleman that helped me upgrade my phone was knowledgeable and friendly. They were very busy but all the t-mobile employees were welcoming and patient when another customer walked in. I’m not completely satisfied with the cost of my cell phone bill but this store itself was great and I’m happy with my new phone and phone gear!

I hate going into this location, they are always so rude & act like your a burden & sure don’t want to take the time to show me phones, & every time I go into to look at upgrading my phone they have basically recommended I order online ! Wow what happened to customer service! I have a 3 line plan & have had my service for 2 years now the only reason I don’t change phone company is I am on a senior plan so for 3 lines we have a very cheap plan but I need 2 new phones & I dread having to go into upgrade! & I just wish they would act like their customers care all I really want was a little help picking out 2 new phones! Anyway I think they are right I will probably have better luck ordering my phones online!!

Most likely have been notified that the Assist Wireless using folks in Catoosa ,Oklahoma and Broken Arrow Oklahoma are piggy backing and hacking prominent accounts even the ones whom threw me their Government phone to get the use of my Prominent account.

So far not a good experience with T-Mobile. Got a phone the Motorola edge 2022 13 days ago paid the taxes and all and I have had to go in 5 different times because of my phone not working and data not working. The 4th time I went in they finally switched my phone to a new one same model and the very next day I had to go back for the same issue with my data not working. They told me I could switch to the other promo phone but I would still have to pay the taxes on it and have to pay a restocking fee on the one I kept having issues with. They are not refunding any of what I paid to begin with and making me pay more even though NONE of it was my fault and it was on them. I am NOT fond of them at all. Only good thing was Carlos was great with costumer service.
