I Retract my previous statement. I apologize as your chain location was not involved in the incident. I hope this does not hurt buisness.Past response> Not happy with tmobile. I want to switch service and they wont release my number. I do not want to pay someone elses bill. I have to pay someone elses bill to keep my phone number already paid $182 and 12 days later off again. Entrapment tactics much.

T Mobile is the best, IMO!!! The store on S Peoria, Tulsa, took their time to help me get set up. Tre was very helpful as I switched my cell & WiFi over to T Mobile. Very patient, kind, & professional! Then when I had trouble getting the Netflix on the TV, they transferred my call to tech support. I received the same superior customer service on the phone as I did in the store! Wonderful customer service & all for less than I was previously paying different company! Thanks T Mobile!

Manager was less than helpful.Also why be a corporate store if you can’t assist people with your accounts?Garbage.Now have to wait 1.5 hour on hold on my phone to talk to someone when I could’ve been in and out.USELESS.

The manger helped me as I arrived.After a quick description of my options he actually sent me out the door to the repair shop across the street. He asked if I was happy with my phone, when I said yes he doubled down on just opting for a screen repair. No wasting of my valuable time, no hassle. I'm only leaving a review because of the amazing service I've had twice now.

Hailey at the 41st and Yale location did such a great job helping my mom and I today! She was very nice, intelligent, and quick as possible! We’ve always had issues getting new phones and it was easy, thanks to her!! Thank you for your help today!

I have to give a big shout out to Aundrea. She was incredibly patient, articulate and helpful. I loathe going into these stores but she made the whole process smooth and even stayed late for us. She deserves a raise!!

Terrible!!! I went in, waited about 15 mins before anyone checked me in. After being checked in for another 15 mins a new customer came in and was helped immediately after walking in, because she knew the sales girl. After another 30mins of waiting I decided to leave because none of the sales rep were on the floor. Very disappointing I spent an hour of my time waiting to never be helped.

I visited twice in two weeks. The first visit was to replace our outdated and damaged phones. The service was great. Second trip, not so much. It really is hit and miss service.

Terrible service, waited more than 40 minutes and they never attended to me. I don't recommend it at all. They are very arrogant and look ugly on you.

I wouldnt even give it a start but, you had to/ to post. The only good thing about this location is the location. Because once u step out the vehicle it's down hill from there. Sales reps lie straight to your face based on their own personal judgement of who you are. And send u off with incorrect bad information. It's a dam shame you got to go to more than one location to just get customers service. Don't waste your time here START at other locations. Thank me later. Trash
