We finally made the jump from att to T mobile. Mandy initially helped us when we dropped in to talk about it. I cannot say enough about how pleasant she made that visit! We set an appt to return today to finish up. From the time we entered through the entire process which was lengthy but relatively painless (unlike att had ever been) Mandy and Kolby were amazing. Thank you for helping us. We are so glad and grateful!

Garrett, a sales person and his Manager Mandy were excellent. I came from Verizon, they were good, but their signal at the airport in Tulsa is horrible and they were honest as Verizon even admitted that. I walked in, I am a detailed person, I had a 5 year old phone and Garrett has spent time bringing me up to speed as these new phones do everything. They shoot straight and I am pleased with them. Mandy and her team are awesome. Some of the best service in any industry I have had in years. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Very impressed to say the least.Also T moblies 5g service is great. Absolute best service out of the big brands.

I'm using T-Mobile again really happy with the service of course I'm always asking for a discount but then I learned about their internet service it's only $30 a month, it fits my fixed income pocket and really enjoying using the internet as well

Mandy and Colby are amazingly awesome! My phone has not been connecting to the network properly for about 2 weeks now and I havent been able to make phone calls or send texts. I have had nothing but headache from Broken Arrow and Riverside locations trying to get some help, so they were my final hope before switching providers. I explained to them my issues and frustrations and they went straight to work helping me with my issue and did not stop until they got it resolved. Thank you both so much for truly listening to me and providing me with excellent customer service! I will definitely make this my go store location from now on!

Hawk, was an amazing informational man! He helped me and my fiancé understand how much we needed to pay in case we want to be on the same bill with multiple devices!Nice and short, but organized! Loved it!

I'm dropping this awful carrier. I needed a new phone a year ago, and the people making money on commissions pushed a phone that was somehow even worse and dropped calls and messages constantly. Unless that was just the T-Mobile network. If it was, don't you dare live west of 75 from Tulsa Hills, or they'll sell you a phone that doesn't work a quarter mile from the store... Like how did these people get me to spend $300+ on a phone that can't even make a phone call? I guess that's on me for a company selling an awful product and then pretending they can't do anything about anything... Avoid T-Mobile like the plague. They'll lie to your face at every store to get a commission, just based on my experience.

My phone got stolen again this year. Went to this location, they looked up my account information and told me that I just needed to file a claim and that I can file up to five claims annually. Get back home, try to file a claim and it was rejected because I don't have the TMobile Plan 360 which would have covered up to five phones but since I didn't have such, only two phones are covered. The associates could have easily seen I wasn't on said protection plan and told me as much. Don't bother with the obvious automated response which ends with "if you could email us at..." I'll be switching phone companies very soon.

We need an option for zero. Worst company around, Corporate and Storr. Rep in the store just blatantly LIED to me. Said he couldn’t see why my bill was so much higher then should be. Had him print me 3 months bills, went to the car and looked at and it was right there, plain as day. He just didn’t want to deal with it.Corporate customer service is completely incompetent and it takes hours to talk to someone in another country that doesn’t understand what your saying or even what they are saying. Spent hours on the phone with them.Store personnel is completely incompetent and unable to help you.So no one can tell me what my bill is!!!TMobile is completely unable to draft payments correctly causing all of this problem and I can’t find one person in the company that can help correct it. Automatic draft was set for the 3rd of every month for my dad. That’s when his money comes in. What do they do….draft on the 1st. They say, we always do it 2 days before the day you pick….seriously??? So I change it to the 17th. What do they do, try drafting again on the 1st & 9th. Completely incompetent! Then they want to charge me a fee to turn the account back on the following month when they still try to draft on the wrong dates….and the reason it was suspended in the first place is they drafted on the wrong dates.Not to mention, they go and charge you $1 every month to do a pre-draft.Did I tell you, customer service and the store can’t tell me why my bill is what it is or help me. So what am I supposed to do. I also had canceled the watch service before…never happened. This time the guy in the store tells me they can’t do that there anymore. Have to go through customer service. Absolutely the worst company in the world!

Melanie, Aaron & Freddy are excellent to deal with. All 3 are wonderful in their customer service . I spent a considerable amount of time in the store attempting to do a Sprint / TMobile transaction and I witnessed 4 other individuals purchasing phones and setting up new service. This is an excellent team ! I am Not Sad about being done w Sprint forever! This T mobile store team is a much improved experience!
