Came in too turn in my trade-in and one of the employees started Joking around Saying They do not accept raider fans, at first it was funny but then later it started to feel like he was rubbing it into my face about his team I came for business not to make friends but Yes, I watch football but it isnt even that serious to me where you have to take shots at me because the pride you have for your winning team.

TMOBLE GIVE ALLEN A FREEKEN RASE! we almost switched to a different provider. We decided to give a different Tmoble store a chance after a disappointing experience. But Allen treated me and my wife like we were in a 5 star restaurant. He was awesome. I'm telling everyone I know to go to him for any phone needs and will hopefully convert several of my att family members to Tmobile.

Horrible experience at this locationWe got there at 7:30 to pick up my pre-ordered phone, and 8:03 hit, and the guy who was arguing with another client for a different reason approached us to ask what we needed. I told him why we were there, and he said, Oh, I'm sorry. It is past close time, and I can't give you the phone. You have to come back tomorrow morning. I explained to him that we were there at 730 and if he could verify the check-in, and he told us, "That's how the cookie crumbles in here, and we can't check anything out passed 8 p.m".We were in shock that he had said that. I told him that everything was paid for and we were only there to pick it up at the end. He retrieved the phone and, handed it to me and reminded me that he was not going to set it up or switch my sim card; we told him that we didn't care, we wanted to get out as soon as possible!

Went to get my wife a new phone. The representative was wonderful and spent time to set it up and make sure we were happy. Great experience

Horrible customer service and very rude manager. Ask about getting a product and was told I could pick it up at the Apple Store which after a very long wait we found the information was false. Talked with the LOL manager I guess and ask him to please educate his employees about this and was told he would not do that and is there anything else he could help me with. Very unprofessional!

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a T-Mobile store! I went to into the store for a quick bill pay and because I was not purchasing anything for to add towards their commission, i was treated like a 2nd rate customer! Very unacceptable and needs corrective action!

My Visit Was Absolutely Lovely Only Because "The Associate DAKOTA Was So Informative & Gave Excellent Customer Service" That Is Rarely Found In Tulsa Oklahoma I Was Totally Shocked How Well He Treated Us & Answered All My Questions? ?I Will Now Only Visit This Location As Long As DAKOTA Is Employed There His Customer Service Was Superb...Thank You So Much ?

Kristina wasted me and my family's time for over an hour and only solution was to buy brand new phones to get the service we've been paying for for months without the ability to call or text consistently because they wont support our phones and wont upgrade them either. When she wasnt talking about herself or her own problems she was trying to sell us new phones and not offering any workable solutions while being abrasive and argumentative. Would not recommend 0/10. She was so slow and unhelpful and talked in circles not respecting our time or resources. She should not be in a customer facing position at all IMO and after experience today will likely transfer to another carrier after using sprint since 1999.

Zach here had excellent customer service and covered all details and angles and helped us get all our phones working immediately. my wife and I run a few small businesses and we switched 3 lines and add3d a line and getting yalls at home interent. Compared what we werepaying we are saving $300 dollars now and everything seems to work the same so far.
