I have sent in my business cards to be printed several times over the last few years. I've been using the Staples on 71st since I first opened my small business in 2018. They have never let me down on speed, quality, and professionalism. Recently, however, my business number changed and I added some details to my order. I had called when they were extremely busy, reminding them to keep an eye out for my cards. I'm sure that in the confusion of being extremely overwhelmed by customers- and seeing that I am a regular customer that rarely (if ever) changes my order- the wrong cards were printed. (they look the EXACT SAME except for a number and a small image) When I got the cards I felt like I had made a mistake, so I ran home to double check my order. Without calling, emailing, or meeting with an employee, I had decided to return to the store the next day to resolve the issue.Once I arrived at the front desk, Alec saw my bag of cards and asked me if I was Laura. I said "oh wow- yes!" and he said my new cards were being printed as we spoke and that they would exchange them no questions asked.I was so relieved not to have to argue or explain myself or deal with the uncertainty of not having cards this week. I can't even express how grateful I am for Alec's preparedness, professionalism and work ethic.I'm sure that my order was put at the top of the workload for the day and that Alec had to work even harder to fix a mistake anyone could have made. I truly appreciate his attitude and determination.Thank you staples, and thank you Alec, especially.

Just called to ask about a product they carry online. He said they don’t carry it. Didn’t check. Didn’t want to be helpful at all. I tried checking the website and it kept freezing up. Customer service sucks.

Got a really good deal on a chair there but the masked rep (why?) was SO pushy about buying the extended warranty it got super annoying, he just wouldn't shut up about it. Other than that everything else was fine.

If your a truck driver don't go to this identago lady who works it is rude and hates truck drivers tell her your on a schedule and she finds a reason not to serve you

I went to Staples to do my TSA PreCheck appointment. They were extremely efficient and I was able to get right in at my appointment time. The gentleman was very nice and got me through my appointment in an extremely timely matter. It was kind of weird because I didn't need nearly as many documents as I brought. I then got a coupon for $10 off of 30 at Staples and that was an excellent marketing idea because I definitely used it even though I wasn't really looking for anything.

Nathan is amazing, best employee you have and he HIGHLY deserves a raise or a better position. I came in today to find me a nice desk and not only was he insanely helpful but he also made sure I didn’t overspend. I went to four different stores today and he definitely helped me to my needs the absolute best. He even got my partner to get a new chair, something he’s needed. Best customer service I’ve had in a very long time, seriously, keep him around if possible.

I'm a homeschooler, and I am a gamer. Well - the whole house is full of gamers. We use Staples for their amazing customer service, which is really just standard customer service but they actually do it well. There's always someone willing to quickly help and assist. I like that they will offer to sell you things that are in addition to your product. IE I bought a printer, so they offered me a deal on paper. Without being too pushy or even upset when I say "no thanks." We get all of our PC chairs from Staples, and most of them last pretty long time and have quality work. I especially love the Serta chairs, as they help if you spend a lot of time at a computer. The waterfall fronts prevent your legs from having circulation problems. They offer some really great discounts, too.

The girl at the front register is rude would not say a word to anyone and even when someone said have a nice day she look the other way.

If you want the TSA pre-check, better have an appointment. Go in and there are three employees standing around at the checkout with no customers but they’re “all booked up” and can’t take walk-ins. One star for the woman mentioning a tag agency that does it as well. Will never return.

I don't understand how a business can expect to stay up and running when they close at 6 pm every night. Do they not understand that a lot of their customers don't get off work till around those hours.

Customer service was terrible and the TSA representative was rude. She never acknowledged me or asked me whether I had an appointment until I said something to her, but she asked three other people that came in after me; then she had the nerve to have an attitude toward me because I chose to wait for my appointment. I drove an hour away to the appointment. I definitely do not recommend this Staple or TSA place.

Purchased an office chair here. Prices are 1000 times better than at Office Depot. They assembled the chair and actually talked to me into buying the coverage. Nathan was a great help.
