The absolute worst Subway I’ve ever experienced. In terms of the food: sloppy usually. In terms of the atmosphere: hopeless. In terms of the service: Nearly non-existent.I ordered off of the app and was allowed, using the app to apply a buy one get one 50% off footlongs, and also added my loyalty points for $2 off. It was a great deal, I admit, but my loyalty should be rewarded right? Clearly the owner of this franchise doesn’t think so. The money I put into this business is no worries to them. They canceled my order 3 minutes before the pickup time. They’re negativity should and will tank this franchise while dragging the Subway name down with them.Do not go to this subway, they want you out the door and don’t give a damn about you.

Working downtown I have ordered from this location numerous times as it is the closest to my job. My team and I will routinely order food individually with one person picking up. We all place our orders early with a later pickup time to ensure they are ready when we go get them.The overall experience has led us to order from a location further away because not only is the food from this location lacking, the overall service has been poor as well. Numerous times we've not had our subs toasted as requested. One time we had placed orders in advance and had to wait while they served the people still coming in the door before even preparing our subs. It is clearly understaffed. But given how he treats customers I can only imagine how he'd treat employees. This and the overall just non friendly experiences have kept us from ordering here for awhile.However today we did bc the other location didn't have certain subs that we wanted. When I say the man running this place cancelled 2 of the orders (placed in advance mind you) as someone was literally on their way to get them, I'm not exaggerating. And the excuse was because they used the BOGO deal the subway app/website allowed them to use AND their $2 off rewards in the same order. Again this was completely allowed through online ordering and has not been an issue with the other location we had switched to. I also paid for the 50% more meat and if that was 50% more meat I'd like to see what a normal amount is, 2 slices?We will never use this location again and I strongly recommend taking the drive a few minutes down the road to get an overall better experience in every way.

So, I’m not for certain, but it seems like this spot is operated by a husband and wife who try to minimize all overhead costs by any means necessary. The husband and wife team are nice and kind; however, the “Mrs.” had on previously worn gloves - I could tell by how wrinkled they were, and one was inside out. I ordered a 6” ham w/ bacon on wheat bread. Tell me why she skimped out on the ham? But for the bacon, it would have been a veggie sub. Post-CoVid, these restaurants have been killing me - charging more for less. They need to get it together!!!

Pretty disappointed. After placing the order online and walking to the store in the heat, I was told by the owner/operator that she has canceled the order since they don’t accept that promotion, even though I have done it directly in the app for that particular store.

This Subway is the worst I have ever been to! I love my Subway, and I always know exactly what I want: Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki. I should have looked at the reviews before I went here, and I should have left a review after my first visit. I was not happy, nor was I satisfied. But no... And to make matters worse, I went back a second time! There was no other Subway nearby! Anyway, the second time, I arrived at around 4:40 pm, and they were closed! The doors were locked and everything! I then checked and found that everywhere else, Subway closed at 8:00 or 9:00 pm. Only this one claimed to close at 5:00 pm, and yet here I am, writing this review. Once again, I should have looked at the reviews, and I should have never even attempted to come back or come here in the first place.

Ordered some lunch for my friend visiting Tulsa on a work trip. Had Uber Eats pick it up and deliver. I didn’t realize until I had placed the order that the sandwich comes already made with pre-selected items. I messaged the Uber Driver and asked if she could tell them so that they could change it if it wasn’t too late. When she got there they refused to re-make the sandwich. The driver called me and I spoke with a very very rude man. He said it wasn’t his fault I ordered it wrong, yelled at me and said very rude things. I told him that I would be leaving this review and he said he didn’t care about any reviews.Horrible experience and I wasn’t even there.

First time back in a Subway in over ten years. There quality seems to be back up, had the meat Supreme, very good. The service here is quick and friendly.

This place does not accept coupons or any discounts through the app. I've heard people get scolded here for trying or using the app without knowing. Most sandwiches are about $2 more expensive than other Subway restaurants in Tulsa. Staff can be rude.
