I have gone to Nail Boss since it opened. I love the newly remodeled shop. I have always been treated well and given excellent service. Lee and Lily have always gone above and beyond to ensure that I love my nails. I would highly recommend.

I received a pedicure and my wife received a pedicure and had her nails done I actually fell asleep while getting my feet done I would most definitely go back and seeing my wife is a repeat customer she will most definitely continue going to this place very good experience overall.

Le is amazing, and the shop is very modern and clean. Le goea above and beyond - even coming in early one morning to give my 86 year old mom a mani and pedi since she has immune issues. I am never disappointed with her service.

I've been going to this shop for years and have always been pleased with my nails. The shop is extremely clean and beautiful. Staff is friendly, and they offer a wide variety of colors and services. Nail tech Le is the best!

Don’t cheat on your nail tech or place for this place. The man was rough cut my finger with the drill . I asked him to fix one of my nails and he stated “it’ll take too long” my pedi was nice , I had to have them redo my nails because the design was so bad on my mani. I would not recommend this place unless you’re getting a pedicure.

I got shellac and chose a bright pink color that clearly needed more than two coats. The guy only applied 2 coats.. when I left I realized how thin & transparent the polish was and called the same day to voice my concern, and the man who did my nails told me to come back and he would fix it.
When I went back in today, he wasn’t there. The person who was there was extremely rude and unprofessional. He actually told me they charge extra for more than two coats because it’s “more work for them.” Seriously? Since when is doing nails properly considered an upcharge? He had an attitude the entire time and made the whole experience uncomfortable.
Poor customer service, no accountability, and questionable policies. I won’t be returning.
Also I have seen them use the same tools on different peoples pedicures! So make sure you request that they get clean tools!

They are okay. The inside of the building is beautiful, but some of the ladies will make you feel funny. I took my 17-year-old daughter for her 17th birthday to get her nails done. She wanted 2 designs on each side on one nail. I tipped the lady but apparently she didn't like the amount of my tip
She made sure I knew how unhappy she was with the tip as a mother with 6 kids doing this for my daughter was an extra treat. I probably won't be back because of how I was made to feel.

Was just an ok experience for me. The guy who did my nails was rough and filed my cuticles many times to the point I had to yell a little to get him to stop. Some nails were uneven and angled wrong.

I was looking for a salon and found this one which was recommended by a lady who was working at a tag agency. I said found because this place was not on Yelp. I liked the lady they assigned me because she gave me 3 coats. But I don’t think I would go back because they don’t use sanitized, fresh packed tools like other places do. It didn’t look sanitary. Also she was using an old nail file that was used on I don’t know how many other customers. My old nail salon in Orange County, California “Happy Nails” use all files brand new and after using on a customer they throw them away. Also they use hot towels! Awww I miss them! Do anybody know which salon uses hot towels? Of course the tools are sanitized and sealed in a pack and they open it in front of the customer. And their price on my gel is exactly the same as this place. I’m going to look for more shops.
