I had checked in online. It said there was no waiting. Would be there in 30 minutes. Made it in 25 minutes, and the place was full. Four stylists, four full chairs, and four people waiting. I had checked in for next available, hoping to get in and out quickly. I had my desired cut ready on my phone. Apparently, everyone else must have checked in ahead, because I waited 35 minutes while everyone went ahead of me. I did get to meet an adorable customer named Polly, but that is a whole 'nother story for a whole 'nother day. You find out a lot about people when you are uncomfortably waiting. The stylist I usually ask for was not there, so I took the chance for someone totally unexpected. Glad I did. I don't even think she told me her name. She took me to her station, and we got started. I showed her my cut I wanted. She actually studied it and asked me to keep it where she could refer to it. Did I mention I wanted an unusual cut? She said she could do that and we were off and running. The only thing I will not do to my hair is cut it myself. I LOVED her work. She referred to the photo several times, did not bore me with chitchat, and gave me a style and cut I actually wanted. She took time with me and stayed as close to the photo as she possibly could. I had a party that I was going to that evening. Got home, and looked over my new look real closely. All I had to do to it was apply a little product to my hair and I was ready. I meant to get her card so I could request her next time, but it was such a rush getting out of there. So, to the super stylist that made my day...BRAVO! BRAVO! I hope you are still there for my next cut!

Stylist: Lauren was my stylist and very professional and friendly. The whole experience from shampoo to cut and style was exactly as we discussed. I have been to her many times and will continue to use her in the future I have also brought my husband in and his cuts are so great looking. Always look forward to the hot towel treatment at the end. Her services are the best I have used in many years.

Lauren did such an amazing job with my hair!
I went in on a time crunch and she not only got it done but my expectations were exceeded! I would definitely recommend going and seeing Lauren to get your hair cut.
Specialties: She used a hot towel and a blow dryer during my haircut and I didn’t itch one time after I left.

Computer was down,. I don’t know if this is a regular occurrence but I waited 20 minutes. I had a 1/4 inch taken off for $21, way above the price of other chain salons. The cut wasn’t that good and I think part of the problem was that the stylist was high. I’m from Oregon so I know these things! LOL!!
