Bad customer service. We politely waited in line and when it became our turn we asked where the j trim was.we were met with nasty looks and talked down to like we were stupid. The associate asked their boss a question and she talked worse to us than the associate. Both said you guys were out of that specific j trim. We walked over to the tin to grab corner pieces as well for our project and once we got there a guy stomped up to us and threw a huge fit over us asking if you guys had j trim in the first place. He too acted like we were stupid and were inconveniencing him. I've been to many stores like this in several diffrent states. This one was one of the worse. We didn't dare ask for help or any more questions because we would of been met with more aggressiveness. You have lost our business.

I guess I already left a 5⭐ review, but editing bc y'all are awesome. Today, Dakota was super helpful with a plumbing dilema & all around good person. We had to come in again & the young lady that checked us out (I am so sorry I didn't get your name!) asked if I was ok & brought us 2 cold waters. Thank you for being so kind. ? I was upset about a stray dog in the parking lot. ? You have some great people there. Thank y'all for being y'all! ?

Español, lea abajo Allen is a great associate. He took his time to really help me find what I needed. Once he saw his store didn't carry it he searched Other Sutherland stores in the area and found what I needed. I wish all the hardware stores would be like this. I'll be back. Allen es un gran socio. Se tomó su tiempo para ayudarme a encontrar lo que necesitaba. Una vez que vio que su tienda no tenía lo que yo buscaba, hizo una búsqueda en las otras tiendas Sutherland en la zona y encontró lo que necesitaba. Ojalá todas las ferreterías fueran así. Volveré.

Everyone at Sutherland's is so kind. They're probably the most friendly staff of any hardware store of experience. Their bulk mulch scoops are the best price in town. The man who usually runs the skid loader is so nice and he can put a load of mulch in the bed of my truck with a surgeon's skill. Not a bit falls over the sides. On average, their prices are a bit higher than Lowe's or home depot but it's worth it for the personal touch and knowledgeable staff. They have a nice annual plant selection in spring but it does go quickly. I highly recommend Sutherland's, especially for bulk sand, soil & mulch.

personally ive never actually been here but the things ive heard about how rude the mangers are is disgusting. i can't believe the things ive heard for example one of the employees urinated in a trash can and the managers didnt care. also they are always so moody maybe because they're so old and sad that they have to work here. i wont be visiting this place if i could i would call corporate to get better management.

Our family has been going to 21st St Store 15 years & hope corporate wakes up & makes this store the way it used to be!! No nursery personnel, poor care of nursery inventory last 2 years, store unkempt & entire nursery in disarray. Employees look miserable & unhappy plus worst customer servce of any store in Tulsa!! I'd rather pay more at Lowe's or Home Depot to at least get professional standards!!
