Everyone we talked to told us different things Nothing they told us was right.They had my wife's phone all day to download and then forgot to download it. She had to download it herself that night. Tmobile is just not the best option.

Went in today to get a new phone set up on the family account and port over phone number from a business account with another AT&T. Malcolm was knowledgeable, helpful, and got me in and out as quickly as possible. Trey was helpful when I called and had a few more questions. Both also helped get us set with a trial of T-Mobile at home so we can pay 1/3 of the price we do now with our current ISP. Highly recommend!

After facing persistent issues with AT&T for a year, we turned to T-Mobile, where Trey provided exceptional service. He not only understood our troubles at AT&T he also managed to cut our monthly phone and wifi bills by $165 A MONTH and we even added an extra phone to the plan, crazy. We regret not making the switch sooner, we appreciate Trey's expertise, efficiency, and humor. Big thumbs up for the fantastic experience! ? ?

Went to the store today to be added to my husbands account and changed from another service provider. We had many questions and Trey A walked us through them all and he helped us make the decisions that are best for us. He made the usually very exhausting ordeal quite the opposite. Thank you Trey!

I first called in about a bill my son had received. He is no longer with TMO. Trey later helped me with my transaction in the store and was very helpful! He approached me from somewhere in the back of the store. This was very impressive, made me feel like he was waiting on me. This type of customer service is what I would like to see at VZN. I'm thinking of switching back as I was a previous customer for 20 yr. I was so impressed I asked my wife and Haden my son to also give Trey a good review. I paid my the bill, because I want to do the right things at this point in my life. Giving credit were credit is due..... is one of those things. Acknowledgement is "KEY" in this instance. Good Job Trey!

Had to do some account modifications Michael was great, got it all handled, and got my screen protector replaced, upgraded my account so I get a better trade in or upgrade deal evert 2 years

Trey was helpful, and was able to answer questions I had promptly and accurately. There is a woman who works there (shorter blonde hair) who is a horrible salesman, trying to sneak products onto you to purchase. I went to upgrade my phone, she went and without asking grabbed a phone case. When I told her I didn't want the overpriced phone case, she went and grabbed a charger box, when I told her I had a charger box- without asking or telling me, went and grabbed a $40 screen protector, and tried to ring it up without telling me price- then once I refused that, gave me a bad attitude and continued bad customer service. After looking at the cost to upgrade, I laughed and went next door and signed up with AT&T where I got amazing service, without the pushy sales tactics on overpriced items. Lost a customer because of that terrible service.

If you do any business with the T-Mobile store in Tulsa, Ok on Memorial & 101st, you better get the promotion offered to you in writing word for word. Don't listen to the phrase " you'll see the promotion on your second bill," it could very well be a lie. They told me that and it never happened. The store manager and district manager admitted they made a mistake and still refused to correct it. I'm screwed out of 400.00
