I had a leak in my roof. Trey and Omar came out explained what needed to be done and it was done in a timely manner. The next time it rained it leaked some and Omar came out and addressed the problem promptly. I have enjoyed working with T-Town. Thank you both for being friendly and caring.

We call aro I got several quotes to have our roof and garage plus guttering, and any wood rot that they might’ve found fixed. The person who did the estimate missed That we needed flashing and new decking around the fireplace upon calling them out to add the garage and guttering to our original quote. We informed them that another roofing company caught it. They added it on so this guy totally missed it that it needed that repair done. We were quoted $1800 for everything that they needed to do. They requested half upfront which we did and we’re told it would be 3 to 4 weeks out before they could come get it done. Seven weeks later with no communication from T town at all we called him. They called us back told us they’d be out the following Tuesday. My son came and waited all day. Nobody showed up. Nobody called to let us know they weren’t coming.. We called him back, really upset at that point because they set on $7.5 thousand for seven weeks with no communication at all. Then they gave us a date to come out they came they fixed it then discovered that on the backside of the garage needed more decking that they totally missed that it needed to be done. That was an extra $500 so now we’re up to $18,500. After all of that discovered that there was a section on the top of the garage that where you could literally see the nails they weren’t even put in properly. I could see it from my dining room window. Call them back out. Had them come inspect the house in the garage found a few more things they needed to fix upon which their employee said that’s just cosmetic. Well you pay $18,500. Cosmetic or not you want it fixed properly. They scheduled a time they came out. They did fix the problems that were found the guttering got finished. We managed to get them paid off. My problem is there’s no communication. No communication you sit here. You wait on him. You call that you get lied to oh we’re coming out they don’t show up. They missed things in quoting that they should’ve caught like the fireplace like the decking on the garage. this company I don’t know how they got an A+ rating but their communication Skills and they need to learn to get the job done right the first time. I gave him three stars because no communication the mistakes that were made in the quote the timing and not doing it right the first time.

So my mom’s roof in the sunroom was leaking water and it is predicted to rain for several days starting tonight In Tulsa. I called T-Town Roofing and spoke to Sergio. I explained our situation and that we just need it tarped because we are selling it as is. Sergio was out to Mom’s house within an hour, you all! He had to place several tarps but he got it done within 2 hours from when I placed my initial phone call. Amazing. Tulsa friends, if you need roofing help, go see SERGIO at T-Town Roofing! He gets stuff DONE!

My parents house was damaged from the hail storm a while back and we were pleasantly surprised by the quick response T town roofing made. They came out and quoted our roof and started work that day. Greg Iser was particularly helpful with the explanation of what was to come and made noticed out gutters needed repair as well. He did not push the repair but let us choose ourselves. Overall great service
