Rude, racist employees. I watched as the associate stared me down at self check out, greeted every guest and then refused to speak to me. So many Tulsa establishments operate like this.

I went here today and when I was walking across the crosswalk to the parking lot I tripped and fell and scraped my knees really bad. There was a black thing in the middle of the walk way and this caused me to fall. This was a bad fall but did not break anything. If an older person fell and broke something this would be really bad. This is not okay.

This Target location is large and offers a wider selection than most. I usually have a pleasant experience! The extra large dollar section is great. However, I can't get over how terrible the restrooms are. It usually has an unpleasant smell and just appears dirty. Plus they don't offer seat covers. I think Target really could use some improvements in this area. They do so well in every other area, but in the bathroom department, I am always disappointed :(

I don't usually shop this Target because it's not close to my house, but I was in the area and stopped. It has big wide aisles and nice fresh produce. Best of all, they carry Fresh Pet. That's all I feed my dog bedsides fresh meat and fish. Not all stores have it, so I was glad to find Target does.

Today I visited the target located on 71st street. After eyeing the Go Pros and accessories for over a week and stopping by to look at them every visit to the store, I finally decided to pick one up. After getting the assistance of an employee to help me get one out of the case, I pulled an accessory off of the rack that was clearly marked 29.99 with multiple of the same accessory behind it. Once we got to the register to pay out, the associate who was helping us (Hunter) scanned the accessory and it came up as a completely different price of 69.99. After letting Hunter know that the accessory was on the rack for a way different price, Hunter told me "That's unfortunate, but this is the price and I can't do anything about it." It was at this moment that I asked for a manager. Hunter walked away annoyed and with attitude and soon returned with another associate named Stephanie. I advised Stephanie of the situation and she went to check the rack where the accessory was located. Upon her return, her arms were filled with multiple boxes of the item, as she had cleared the rack of the item. It was at this moment that Stephanie informed me that she would not be price matching what the item had been advertised for on the rack for over a week. After explaining the situation again, I was met with a sorry, but we aren't going to do anything about it. Due to the lack of professionalism with these employees I just wanted to pay and leave the store. After Stephanie had left, Hunter began to checkout our items. It was at this moment, that Hunter flung the other accessories I was buying, across the electronic department into a return cart. I then asked Hunter what he was doing since I was buying these items. To which once again he was annoyed and had a negative tone and attitude. After paying out and heading towards the exit, I thought this nightmare of an experience was finally over. WRONG. My wife, son, and I then overheard Stephanie trash talking us to another associate. No wonder this store is so poorly rated. My best advice: TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!

I still can't get over how huge this Target is. I was staying nearby recently and kept coming here to shop and observe because it was so different from the one near my home. There were items here we don't have at my local Target. I loved it and miss it til this day.It's huge, clean and centrally located. The staff was very friendly too, get this, the worker said there's an even bigger Target a few miles down.I wanted a Sooner jacket that they had in store here but they didn't have my size.Maybe next time I visit this lovely town.Thank you staff for treating me well :)

Always helpful staff! I've started doing Shipt part time, and the staff is always kind and helpful with me whenever I go in. This location also has a really nice produce section!

Terrible customer service and the store is not neat...clothing and shoes are all not picked up. The fitting room has “one seat for one person.” It’s in the middle of the walkway. I’m disabled.

Pretty classic, standard fare, old school, analog, flush it your own damn self toilets. It's like being back in 1984 but without the threat of Cold War nuclear death or quaaludes to keep us calm. I can almost hear the Billy Ocean.

Love this store . Their clothing dept is fantastic and their pharmacist is very friendly and helpful . I got to Tulsa only to realize I needed a refill on a script .I was not using target to fill this script and it is one that he had to call and request a refill from my nurse practitioner. He was so nice and accommodating.

I've been going to this location for years and have always had good experiences. Although, check-out may be slow. When Self-Checkout is full, there are hardly normal check-out lines open. But the self-checkout is relatively simple and easy to use. When I have needed help, staff has been attentive and nice. Target has a wide variety of groceries and appliances available. I would definitely recommend this Target to anyone.

My favorite target to shop at! I personally shop at this one versus others because of location, but I won't go to competitors because of how employees are treated/paid. Plus, even during "slow" season the store still looks pretty fantastic!

Super disappointing Super Target. Went to the baby department of the store to find diapers & they weren't there. It was hard to get a cart around in the area because of all of the boxes to stock, yet there were no team members in sight. I checked the app & it showed I was in the right area. Another customer noticed my frustration & asked if I lost my husband then told me she thought she saw them in a random section and pointed me towards the area. I found a team member who didn't know where to find them, but another overheard me & showed me to the appropriate aisle. Then I attempted to find the new Kristen Ess line that had dropped the day before. I found some of the other products from that brand, but none of the new products. I looked on the app again & it showed the items in stock in the area I was looking. I wasn't able to find any of the new products after searching the entire area. There were two very full lanes available at checkout & the self checkout. That's it. Like I said, super disappointing.

I went to this location and the woman at guest service who claimed to be the HR team lead for thirteen years was very very rude to me. She started trying to argue with me and got all up in my face. Any time I go to this store I encounter rude team members, but this is just the instance that sticks out. Another time I needed to even exchange a shirt and had the card. It showed up on the card but instead of even exchanging it they made me pay the original price because it was not on sale anymore instead of just hitting the even exchange button. Will definitely go out of my way to go to the memorial location.
