Target has a huge variety of options from clothing, books, housewares to groceries. There is plenty of parking available. This Target is in a plaza with lots of other businesses. Going early on a Saturday morning was great as there were limited people in the store. The team was still stocking shelves and only the self check out was available. The layout is pretty similar to other locations so it is easy to find the things you need and things you don't need but get anyway.

This target is my favorite to navigate out of the ones I've been to in Tulsa usually, but today I had a terrible experience with the customer service I received. Not only was I already frantic and embarrassed my ebt card declined, but the woman checking me out made the situation more extreme and made me feel like a criminal. I know there's an option to pause my check out, I offered to get into the back of the line while I called to see what the issue was with my card due to the long line. She was very persistent on the fact that I can't do that as she was ripping my cart away from me with my purse still in it! The situation ended with another employee coming up with a terrible attitude stating "so she just canceled the transaction" rather than possibly assisting me with the issue. In a hurry for me to get out I asked to split the check out so I can pay with two different cards, at this point I was bright red and just wanted to leave, they continued to both embarrass and make the situation harder for me. The only reason I'm not giving this location 1 star, is the fact that it's organized well. Target is suppose to be friendly and welcoming, never have I had such an embarrassing terrible experience with anyone in the customer service industry. I wish I got their names but I hope if this employee or their manager sees this, this won't happen to anyone else. Treat people the way you want to be treated.

I didn't need any staff during this visit so I can't speak on that encounter like the other reviews but this one was more limited than the other Targets. Everything was out of place and nothing seemed to be in order. It was a very hectic trip and I don't think I would go here again. I would probably go to the one on 21st and Yale since it's more organized and cleaner -- which was what we did.

DO NOT TRUST THIS STAFF While standing in line following the 6' social distancing mandate stickers on the floor the target associate Michelle allowed other shoppers to skip ahead of myself as well as the other three shoppers in line behind me. When I pointed out that I had been waiting Michelle accused my of lying. When I asked for a manager the general take away was "that's too bad. What do you want us to do?" THIS IS THE SECOND TIME IN 2 WEEKS THAT THIS HAS OCCURRED TO ME. If the store insists on social distancing they should not reward those who do not follow the rules or punish those who do. After speaking to target corporate they were blown away by how rude Michelle was and informed me that both the manager and the associate Michelle would undergo training because corporate considered their behavior extremely embarrassing.

Racial profiling is their motto. I shop at this target frequently, every time I shop I get followed by security, multiple staff members appear and follow me through the aisles. As I have someone checkout my items I am stared at by multiple employees. While walking through the doors I'm always asked to have my receipt looked at despite them having seen me pay for my items. I've even had staff members go through my bags after leaving the register. How is it that I have this problem every time at this specific target? Your security staff is more harmful than anything. Catch shoplifters instead of following me down the aisles suspecting I'm stealing because I'm not white. This is a disgrace and considering Target has such a good overall rating despite how often we're targeted in this store is ridiculous. Your staff acts as if I'm a criminal the moment I walk in the doors. I'm a short brown woman and apparently that is enough reason for me to be followed, glared at and targeted at this store no stop. It doesn't matter, a billion dollar corporation couldn't care less and one less customer means nothing as long as they get to keep playing their racist games. I've been in this store with my friends of color and we're all followed and given the exact same treatment. When I go through with my while friends I'm glared at and targeted. I can't win and target is ignorant if they think their employees follow the rule of basic human decency.

Had the pleasure of meeting Nancy in cosmetics. If you need help in that area, do yourself a favor and hunt her down. She is a jewel! Pleasant, knowledgable, helpful. I wish I could give her 10 stars--and a raise.

Cafe is always closed EARLY or understaffed to the point where you wait for ten minutes for the Starbucks staff to come over to them tell you it'll be thirty minutes for a pizza. This isn't a one time occurrence, this is every single time I go there. There are plenty of people that need jobs, hire someone or people are going to start going to corporate about the poor management.

Very disappointed with this target. Normally love going there. I work in retail & know better than rushing a customer out of the store when closing. 5 mins till closing I went in to get one thing and was told that they were closing in 5 mins multiple times. It's not like I was in there for 20 min. Also while in the store they were turning off the lights and didn't even get a thank you on the way out. Felt very rushed and very upset with this store.

On my way back to OKC I stopped here to pick up some things and to get a pizza/drink from their cafe and with no explanation the cafe was closed at 5 o'clock in the afternoon. Wtf? Dumb, I just wanted some pizza and now I don't even want to come back to this target. Get your shit together.

My mom purchased a phone with an answering machine from this Target and the answering machine did not work. She took it back yesterday and they wanted to charge her a restocking fee. She explained that the answering machine didn't work and that she didn't think she should have to pay a restocking fee. They said they didn't have another one that she could exchange it for but they still wanted her restocking fee. They then asked if she wanted to go to other Target stores to see if they had one. They could've given her a full refund and not charged a restocking fee in my opinion when something is not functioning and you pay full price you should get the full price back. And it shouldn't be that she has to go all over Tulsa to try to see if the others have them in stock. Customer service is just unheard of anymore.

There are a few Targets across Tulsa, each has their ups and downs. This particular location however, is one of my favorites! It's located in the Tulsa Hills shopping center which is right next to hwy 75, so super easy to get to. Especially if you are on the west side of town and don't feel like driving into Tulsa. This one is slightly smaller, but still has almost everything. They have a small grocery section, Starbucks, and all the other typical Target items, clothing, toys, electronics, etc.. My absolute favorite thing about this Target has got to be the Drive Up service!! (Only downside you can not purchase refrigerated food items through this.) I ordered all my items online and stated I was on my way in the Target app. As I was pulling up in the designated parking area there was already an employee walking to my car with my items!! I could not believe how efficient they were! I was literally in the parking lot less than five minutes! A trip to Target is normally never that quick especially with children. So I highly recommend trying the drive up service for your next trip to Target!!

Nice store. Check out is slow and backed up. Tried before 8am now at noon can see multiple red shirts just standing watch the line. I just left without goods to never return. Can get goods else where easier .

out of all of the targets that are in tulsa period, this is the one i visit most. mainly for snacks. they have a lot of exclusives that people might not be aware of. that's one of the main things that separates them from most stores. also, they've been adding self checkouts to most locations (including this one) that makes lines go by super fast. they always have checkout aisles stacked with employees. it's rare that i see long lines. another thing that people may not know about this spot, they stay open late. right now they close at midnight, the usual hour is 11pm. most of them close around 10/10:30. outside of that, this is in tulsa hills, which means when you're done with this store, you can pretty much go around the surrounding areas of other needs like restaurants, movies, etc.

This Super Target is super convenient for auds and I. It is situated in an open mall so if we need anything else, we are golden. The store itself is very clean and always very well stocked. I normally encounter several friendly clerks and there are rarely long lines at the registers. They house a Starbucks and of course their little snack bar. You will find plenty of parking and clean bathrooms.

My favorite Target location in the Tulsa area. I was brave enough to venture out on Thanksgiving for some Black Friday shopping, and I have to give kudos to the Tech employees in the electronic department. Although we waited for over seven hours for a new phone, the Tech employee was so nice and thanked us several times for our patience. This location has the best selection of everything in the area and the location is perfect (you get to avoid all the traffic on 71st).
