I have been using Tel-Star Technologies for over 13 years. My phone system is old, but has kept up with tech and has been able to integrate seamlessly without me having to buy a new one. I've only had to contact them a handful of times over the past 13 years (we had a power surge once and we had to add a phone a couple of times), but every time I have, they have been prompt, courteous, fair and very caring. I highly recommend this company. Absolutely fantastic. Could not say enough good about them.

Ryan did a great job at my shop as well as my home! Getting ready to upgrade phones with them too! Couldn't be happier!

TRASH-star technologies is one of the worst companies I have ever worked for. This company is not going to be around much longer at all. They are unorganized, cheap and Jeremy is about to go bankrupt. They are racist, unprofessional and Jeremy can’t even do “dirty work” he instead will have Caroline do it. I was fired because I was pulled over (Wed. 7/24) in Tulsa, OK 3 hours from home in a TRASH-STAR work truck. The officer stated it was a felony to drive without insurance in OK and when I proceeded to call Caroline AND Jeremy neither of them answered the phone. The officer stated he would either tow the truck or I would go to jail because in his system it was showing expired tags and no insurance. I was stuck at a truck stop in Savanna,OK and Jeremy and Caroline did absolutely nothing to make sure he got home safe besides sending $80. My wife had to get a sitter for our children so she could drive to pick me up and we did not get home until 2am!

Unorganized. Unprofessional. This is the worst company my husband has ever worked for. They left my husband stranded 3 hours from home in Tulsa, OK (where the corporate office is) and I had to drive to pick him and get him home safely. Jeremy and this company and "workers" (used loosely) are irresponsible and unprofessional. Urban Air needs to let this company go and pick up a new one unless they want to keep having liabilities such as "workers" showing up drunk, high, bringing guns to Urban Air sites where CHILDREN are. The list goes on. There will be a lawsuit coming soon. EEOC, BBB have been contacted. Urban Air needs to drop them asap before something bad happens.
